The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

Great apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood

We were very comfortable in this apartment which is just as it appears in the photos. The owner is very responsive to messages / communications. A host was there to greet us and orientate us to the apartment and available for any apartment queries during our stay. The bed and furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are in good order and it was easy to prepare meals. The apartment was warm, clean, easy to find, very secure and very quiet. It is close to amenities, interesting sites and public transport. Great restaurants in the area. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

Superb ! A home away from home

A surprisingly quiet apartment in a bustling and central neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. Comfortable bed. Good heathing with thermostat. Easy communication with the owner. Close by metro and tram. 20 min walk till museum island. Supermarkets and laundromat at 400 m. and plenty of restaurants around the corner if you don't feel like cooking.all the extr

Petit mais très bien situé

Appartement situé dans un quartier animé et agréable avec plusieurs bons petits restaurants à distance de marche. Facile également de visiter Berlin à partir de là. Seul bémol: il ne s’agit pas à notre avis d’un véritable appartement 1 chambre, mais davantage d’un studio. Nous avions visiblement mal interprété les photos.

Excellent Apartment

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Andreas’ apartment. It is in an excellent location: set back in a quiet complex but just a few steps to the bustling Rosenthaler Vorstadt. There are excellent bus, tram and U-Bahn links nearby. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops as well. The apartment flows very well and is designed to a high standard. There are all the amenities for your stay. Andreas is easily contactable and very much on top of communication. He is also incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great find. This place has the best location one could ask for. Pretty much walking distances to everything, with transit less than a 5 min walk. Also within a 5 minute walk are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, all good. Our host, Andreas , waited up to 1am to greet us, as our plane was delayed. He made himself available throughout our 4 day stay, and answered any questions we had, including restaurant recommendations. Our place was filled with high end appliances, and everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return. Thank you Andreas.

Quiet comfort in Berlin

This apartment was perfect for tour of Berlin. It’s close to a U bahn station with plenty of restaurants close by. Andreas was very attentive to our needs. If we return to Berlin, I would rent this place again.

Wonderful apartment in good location

We had a nice midweek in this clean apartment. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen and lovely bathroom. U-bahn is close by and coffee and breakfast around the corner. We were able to use the parking garage under the building for a fee. Nice and spacious. We will definitely come back to Berlin and then this is our place to be. A special thanks to Andreas, the host, he kindly waited for us (even though he had to wait two hours due to traffic jam). Thank you very much, Andreas!

Berlin Tour und Club besuche

Bin mit 3 meiner besten Freunde gefahren. Die Stadt ist schon wahnsinnig beeindruckend. Als ob sie nie schlafen würde....Tags über waren wir auf Stadt Entdeckung und Abends ins Nacht leben gestürzt....wir waren Freitag Abend im Ritter Butzke & Samstag im Kater Blau....total verrückt....aber das werden wertvolle Erinnerungen werden....es war alles in allem super ..und der Gastgeber des Appartements super freundlich und sympathisch. Ganz easy eingecheckt und Abreise war ebenfalls ganz locker. Immer wieder gerne....

Gerne wieder!

Schnelle und verlässliche Kommunikation, sehr freundlicher persönlicher Check-in, tolle Lage und überraschend ruhig aufgrund der Lage zum Innenhof hin, Matratzen sind schon recht durchgelegen, aber wir waren jeden Abend so müde, dass das kaum am Schlafen gehindert hat ;), ingesamt eine sehr gemütliche moderne Unterkunft
