Beach Retreat with its amazing interior design, space and comfort there is no better place to relax and enjoy all that Newcastle has to offer.
This large modern luxury 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next visit to Newcastle, located less than a minute walk to Merewether Beach.
Enjoy the water views from the balcony and entertain in the alfresco outdoor area in summer or sit back and unwind with a glass of red in front of the fire place in winter.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe. There is a queen in the second room and 2 singles in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath and there is a 3rd bathroom downstairs.
Comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 separate living areas. The property is fully air conditioned and there is a double garage plus off street parking.

Please note our house rules prior to booking. Strictly no smoking or parties / events permitted. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask that guests are respectful of noise during their stay.

Stunning house and perfect location
The property was even more beautiful than the pictures, with elegant interiors, spacious rooms, and every amenity we could have wished for. The location was perfect—one block from the beach! Communication with the property manager was seamless and timely; they were always available to answer any questions and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The attention to detail in both the home and the service made our experience truly memorable. We can't wait to return.

Moments from the beach, this house had everything. Comfortable, and well equipt, four adults and 2 teens stayed happily for the easter long weekend. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here, with plenty of room for 5 adults. Could walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Only reason it's a 4 for overall rating was the grass was really long and could've done with a mow. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Fantastic floorplan and convenient location
There was plenty of room to move around and very close to beach along with shoreline cafes. Property was great for group of friends. Would work particularly well for families with children. Kids upstairs, adults with space downstairs. Recommend a stay! Tip: aircon runs off smart system. Ensure temp is set at 23c or above and zones to be cooled (or warmed) are open. You can close off zones for greater efficiency.

Agent very accomodating. Able to check in earlier as one of the guest was already in Newcastle. Large house with all the necessities. 2 min walk to the beach front. Ocean views from the main bedroom and front door. Surf club house walking distance, where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner. Would be a great house for multiple family get away.

Great Spacious House in perfect location
Wonderfully equipped generously proportioned modern house. Great weekend away with five mature ladies- enough space for everyone and three bathrooms was an added bonus. Comfortable lounges and massive dining table were great.

Perfect location and beautifully styled home. Superficially clean, but floor needed a good wet mop… no insect spray to spray cockroaches and cutlery/ crockery needed to be washed. Back step outside is possible health and safety issue. Lots of trouble unlocking front door so used garage instead. Red bin was full to the brim on arrival and too heavy to move. Previous tenants didn’t bother separating recycling from other garbage. A neighbour had said that some break in attempts had occurred in the street. It may have been an idea to let us know to be aware of this.

Beautiful beach house
The property was better than we could expect from photos, it was spacious for a family of adults weekend with lots at entertaining areas. Sunny spots for relaxing. We were able to have lots of family time without being cramped in. We enjoyed the beach walks everyday as the beach was at the end of the street and the location of the house itself was very convenient to coffee shops eateries and shopping in Darby street. Highly recommend 😀

Immaculate property chosen for its location as we were attending a family wedding reception at he Merewether Surfhouse and this was a short stroll home. Heaps of space. We only needed 3 bedrooms but this house had a rare 4. Off street parking for our 3 cars. Different sitting areas would allow people to separate and come together when needed within the house. Excellent choice.
