This beautiful house is recently renovated fully and updated including the outside. Pool is heated by the solar panels. It is fully furnished in a beach theme and comes with everything you may need. It has 2 bed and 2 bathrooms with everything necessary to create special memories. Including a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area has a bar area with 3 barstools and a pass-through window to the kitchen. The whole backyard and pool area have special nighttime lighting. The TV has a Roku which includes all the streaming services. The master bedroom has a queen size comfortable bed and the other room has a twin and full-size bed. Washer and dryer are in the garage. High-speed internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your computer or smart device throughout the home. Great shopping and dining can be found close by, Clearwater Beach, Busch Gardens, and Tarpon Springs Spong docks. Tampa airport is 35 minutes away. Disney and Seaworld are approximately 95 minutes away

We enjoyed our stay. Renata was great to work with and the property was as represented; very enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we have reserved it for next year; in all the years we have rented through VRBO, this is the first time we will have ever rented a property 2 years in a row.

Lovely Property

Great for a couple

The air conditioning didn't work when we arrived but after reporting it the next morning the host had it dealt with very promptly. We stayed 3 weeks and felt there were some things that could be improved but overall we were very happy.

1st Florida Vacation

The home was lovely, very clean and so nicely decorated, it really felt like home. The pool was FANTASTIC! The location was great as we did not have to drive too far to have fun or shop. I would recommend this place to all. We really had a wonderful time.

Cleanliness was immaculate! Pool area was great. Kitchen was wonderful as my wife has a special diet and we cook most meals. Plenty of parks close to enjoy. Close to golf courses

Cozy Home Away from Home

The house was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy...we slept like babies! The pool area was our favorite! The water was so clear and the weather was perfect! Just a short drive to the beaches, too. Renata and her husband Kris were easy to contact and so accommodating! We loved this trip!

Pool oasis

Perfect location for anyone who likes peace & quiet. The solar pool is amazing. We had three weeks of fun in the pool while visiting family about a mile away. This has been our third year coming to this location.

Perfect for family

House was perfect for our family. Typically we end up having dinner out most nights when on vacation but this time was much different. The back patio area was perfect for having family dinner right off the grill. Grandkids had a great time swimming even though it was chilly still. Neighborhood was nice too and just a few mins from where my daughter lives.

Was a great rental. Clean , comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Had beach stuff to use. I enjoyed sitting outside by pool. Weather was a liittle chilly so didn't get to use pool. Maybe next time.

Fantastic

My family and I had a wonderful time at the rental house. My childhood house was 5 house away, so it made it even more memorable. Everything was stocked up. Absolutely zero issues with the property, amenities, or the owners. It was a wonderful time. We will rent again for our trip next year if its available.

Two week visit in October 2020.

Beautiful, well-equipped house. The pool was incredible and the solar heater kept the pool water at a comfortable temperature. We had a problem with the WiFi the first day, but Renata was quick to respond and it was fixed promptly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new kitchen had been installed!

Beautiful Lanai & Pool area

The rental was clean & just as described. The backyard lanai & pool area were a dream come true. Even though it was colder than normal weather for our stay we were able to spend a significant time outside enjoying the backyard. We even got in the great pool a couple days. There were a couple days that the neighbor's dogs barked almost all day. We found this very distracting. Thank goodness it wasn't every day. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. We cooked in often and found the house having most everything we could need. We would try to stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful and comfortable! Perfect for us.

We are so very happy that we were able to stay at Renata's place on our trip to visit our son and his family back in Nov/Dec. I have been reminiscing of relaxing on the patio looking at the pool, having nice lunch at the outside table and preparing dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. One of our grandchildren spent a few nights with us and all of the grandchildren had fun in the pool for hours on end. They were cold little frogs but you know kids in a pool! They loved it! Location was great for us as we have family in the area. We hope to make it back to Renata's place again someday. I wouldn't hesitate to re-book this property.

Piscine très agréable mais froide le matin , un peu sombre à l'intérieur de la maison. Le lave-vaisselle aurait été un + vu le prix de la location. Equipement pour la cuisine à améliorer pas de tea power, peu de plats, pas de panier de linge manque de couteau qui coupe (seulement 3 ) pas de bouilloire.

Ample Linens and Supplies

The property was tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a successful stay. We valued the washer and dryer being in the garage. We typically like to wash our clothes right before heading home. The pool was such a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use it because it was too cold outside and the solar heating only works when the sun is out; so, it was not on long enough to heat up the pool. The house was clean, plenty of towels, wash cloths, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet. We visited family that is in the area. Host was responsive. Overall, a great stay.

A perfect place to stay.

This was our first experience staying at an VRBO and I must say it was a great one. The house was absolutely adorable, had everything you could need and more. The surrounding area was an older, established neighborhood . It was quiet, safe and close to many amenities. Since we have family in the area , this place was perfect for us and when we return we will definitely be booking this home. The host is lovely , easy to reach and very accommodative. I highly recommend this property.
