Our Townhouses are composed of three bedrooms, one with a suite w / balcony with spring mattress and auxiliary bed and split air, one bedroom with double bed and split air and one bedroom with double bed and mezzanine with two mattresses and air split, there are 3 bathrooms with shower stall, large living room with TV, SKY and wifi on the external deck, full kitchen with stove, 2 fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, skewers and barbecue grill and other utensils, service area with washing machine 9 kilos and covered barbecue, accommodates up to 9 people comfortably. Lawn patio with deck and external shower parking for two cars each, super quiet, family and safe place, ideal for those with children. Privileged location in a cul-de-sac (Almerinda Souza dos Santos, 72 Centro), parallel to the main one in front of the Althoff market and a few blocks from the sea in the city center.
