Impressive 4 Bedroom 3.5 Town Home Steps From the Boardwalk with Garage and Pool!

This large and impressive 4 bedroom town-home is located on 7th Street in Ocean City, Md, just a couple short blocks to the ocean and famous Ocean City boardwalk! You can enjoy the over-sized garage complete with beach cart, beach chairs, etc. or relax and soak in the sunshine at the outdoor pool just steps from your back door. The interior of this resort home has a welcoming island decor with hardwood floors, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

The first floor offers a master suite with double bed and private bath and garage access. Second level living boasts gorgeous kitchen and washer dryer area and half bath. It also offers sunken dining and living room complete with double sleep sofa. The third floor offers 3 additional bedrooms including spacious second master suite with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed system with double bed and twin bed, and the fourth bedroom with double bed. This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as large TV in living room. Both the living room and third floor master suite offer decks, perfect for relaxation!

Good times in OC, MD

Great location and great house! The walk to the beach was short and the beach was actually less crowded than we expected. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. The only complaint is the previous guest's laundry was left in the upstairs hallway all week despite several calls made to the management company, and the check-in process. Traffic is horrendous the later you arrive and if you arrive early, you cannot get the keys until the property is ready later in the afternoon. Maybe there is a better way to accommodate the early arrivals? Thank you for a lovely vacation! Our family enjoyed the property and the beach!

great family friendly home

our family of 7 adults and 3 children stayed in October. We enjoyed this home so much. The living area was perfect for the children to play in. a 2 car garage with all kinds of toys and chairs for us to use on the beach was a big plus. We would recommend this home to a family. ** Their are 2 flights of steps, we took a baby gate along to keep the 2 year old safe. No problems were had.
