This ground floor apartment has been stylishly restored from a run down commercial space to a luxury four bedroom apartment. We designed this space with our guests in mind, with beautiful windows to ensure that you are bathed in light, high stud ceilings, hand crafted cedar woodwork, spectacular lighting design, air conditioning, and lovingly sourced furnishings.Ā  Every detail has been carefully considered ensuring you have a truly memorable stay.

Bedroom One with Private Bathroom

With a super comfy pocket sprung queen bed made up with quality and professionally laundered linens, you can be guaranteed to be well rested and ready for whatever the next day brings.Ā  This bedroom also has your own private bathroom complete with heated floors and a rain shower.

Bedroom Two

A pocket sprung queen bed, luxury linen and is wonderful and quiet to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

Bedroom Three

This room has two king single pocket sprung beds that are large and comfortable enough for adults to sleep on.

Bedroom Four

Located in the upstairs mezzanine floor, this is a wonderful hideaway complete with Japanese style double bed and luxury linen. PLEASE NOTE: This bedroom is a loft style bedroom and is not full ceiling height and hence may not be suitable for everyone, please consider this before booking.

Kitchen

The large kitchen with top of the range appliances is fully equipped with everything that you need so that you can whip up breakfast or enjoy a gourmet meal at home.Ā  There is even a wine fridge plus of course coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cooking basics and we always leave you some tasty snacks to enjoy when you arrive.

Lounge & Dining

Sit back and soak up the beautiful hand crafted cedar work or stunning lighting feature from this truly beautiful space.Ā  Open the large high stud sliding doors out onto your own balcony and dine inside or out.Ā  There is also a large LED Smart TV with Netflix, free unlimited WIFI, board games and toys for the kids to enjoy during your stay here

Bathroom & Laundry

This is a bathroom that you will really enjoy, with heated flooring, a bath tub and a rain shower. The laundry contains a washer and dryer that you can use during your stay.

Balcony

The balcony is an extension of the indoor living area and is the perfect space to enjoy a drink or meal on the German beer table all the way from Munich.Ā  PLEASE NOTE: This space is strictly non-smoking (including vaping).

Car Parking

The apartment comes with two tandem car parks for guests use during their stay with us, this is a real luxury in the central city. These car parks have height restrictions and can fit one vehicle up to 1.85m and another up to 1.75m (standard car height).

This was a great apartment. Very lovely. It is really 3 beds with a loft. But the decoration is lovely and there were several nice little extras. I will stay again for work if I get the opportunity.

Great option for a weekend away
My friends and I had a great time in Auckland, and this apartment was perfect for us. Fantastic location for access to Spark Arena, the CBD, and the Viaduct, and a beautifully appointed apartment. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this place and am sure I'll be back.

To couple stayed here and had a very nice time. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures. The location is truly amazing. We walked everywhere, we are close by to great restaurants, and close by to the pier for local fairies in for our cruise ship. About the only improvement that I could suggest is maybe to have some more luggage racks so we had places to put our suitcases.I would tell everyone to stay here. The owners were great to work with.

It was very nice staying here. Everythings was as described. Plently of rooms for us to spread out. Close to the port for our cruise. Thank you for hosting us. The management team was wonderful, very accommodating. Check in was easy. Great communication. We had a mishaps during our tour day and we reached out to the management team to help us get back into the apartment, they were quickly to assist us. We definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful place and such a handy location! Only slight down fall was the upstairs bedroom was not what the picture showed, you arnt actually able to stand up in this bedroom it's more of a loft.. both people that slept up there actually knocked their heads on the pillar getting to their bags... so was abit of a shock when we first got there.. apart from that we had an enjoyable stay and would most definitely be back.

Hello! We are Paul & Emily and have been bookabach/homeaway hosts now for over 10 years and we love sharing our properties with our guests.

We live in the beautiful city of Auckland - one of the worlds best cities! We were both born and bred here - Emily is from the North Shore and Paul is from the South of Auckland. We are both well travelled having lived and worked in Australia, Scotland, England and Canada. We've also been lucky enough to have visited many parts of the world including the USA, Europe, South East Asia, Central America and Africa. We are now both settled in Auckland with our three daughters. We love hosting guests from all over the world and ensuring that they enjoy our wonderful city as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is very special to us and has been a long time in the making. In 2016 we purchased a very run-down commercial space on Anzac Avenue. We then spent more than two years converting it into two loft style apartments and four smaller commercial spaces. There was a lot of blood, sweat and tears that went into our grand design, however we are so glad that we can now share it with our guests. We designed each of the loft apartments with our guests in mind with our aim of creating true inner-city urban getaways.
