Queen and Single with 1/2 bath for Grandmom.......... 2 Rooms with Bunk Beds (Ask about our One-of-A-Kind Bunk Bed)...... and the other room is a Bedroom/Den with 50 Inch TV (Custom Made Couch/Futon that sleeps 4. ........There is a Private Elevator..........Enjoy the 70 Inch TV on Extra Large Sectional Couch for many,......2 Dining Tables that can seat almost 20...........Under counter Extra Fridge that holds 40 cans of your favorite beverage or soda(PLUS extra FRIDGE in garage, one of the largest wrap around decks in the Northeast (Partially covered for folks who want to stay out of the sun and large portion is open to the south for RAYS all day long)......SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! Only Rent sat to sat in summer. Rentals less than 7 days require a quote from me,Not the daily posted rate

The great room has TWO Dining Room Tables and a Sectional Couch that goes on and on. The 70 Inch has a great view from the kitchen and Dining Area. The private elevator and front deck are real crowd pleasers.
