Great vacation!

This is a great condo- very clean and very well maintained. Owner was so helpful and nice. This unit is located within a very well maintained smaller condo which we just loved. It sits on the beach with some units beachfront and then the remaining sitting behind with the pool located in the middle. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to walk outside the door and walk right to the beach- the access is right there and it is very nice with showers to rinse off when you come back. We cannot wait to return!

Our getaway

At first when I seen the property I wasn’t sure if we were at the right place. After opening the door I was pleasantly surprised with the lay out of the condo. Just a short walk to a private access to the beach.

Close to the beach and Pool

This condo is nice and very close to the beach, I was able to see my older kids at the pool from the balcony and watch my younger kids inside. It's a short walk to the beach. The condo is updated, nice room space for you to move around, car is right out front in case you forget something in the car. The condo area is quiet, the neighbors we had were nice and friendly. We just had an overall good time. The property manager/owner is very accommodating and accessible. I cannot express how convenient it was to have the beach so close in walking distance and not have to be in a high rise condo with younger kids.

Upon check in, we entered the unit to a strong smell of smoke. We called the owner, and were told the previous tenants were smoking weed in the “non smoking” unit earlier that day. The owner did offer to bring air freshener but asked us to not to open windows or doors as that would affect the air conditioner. The non smoking sign was missing from the door and an ash tray was on the living room table, so I don’t think the non smoking unit was accurate!! The gate code to get down to the beach was not working. The wrong code was provided at check in. And the door lock stopped working to get into the unit (the batteries went out and property manager had to come out and let us in the unit and replace the batteries). Otherwise, the property is close to the beach. The location in PCB was great. Low traffic and beach was never really that crowded. The beds were decent. The twin beds sunk in the middle but the master was okay.

Quiet getaway!

We didn’t really know What to expect but once we arrived, we were 100% satisfied! The nook upstairs was enough for my our 2 children. The only Downfall was that there was not a tv in the master bedroom. We saw that ahead of time so we just Brought ours along. Otherwise, we would had no other complaints.

Cozy condo

A great property with a short walk to the beach! Love the laid back atmosphere and we basically had a private beach. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed! Only wish the pool was heated, but otherwise a great stay! Would recommend a deadbolt especially with having small kiddos.

Great place to stay!

We love staying at Sunswept for the close proximity to the beach and the low-rise nature of the buildings. We have never stayed here when it was overly crowded. This is the first time we've stayed in this particular unit and upon arriving it was very clean. The check-in instructions noted we needed to bring our own bed covers and pillows, but they were actually provided in the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s super comfortable and just steps away from the beach. I can actually see the beach from the front door. I’m so glad I chose this property and would highly recommend.

For any other family here are some things to know ahead of time…..the place was filthy, i had to go buy a coffee maker, paper plates, napkins and silverware because everything was dirty. There were 5 towels to use for our week long stay (we have 4 in our family) the stairs to the loft were about 2 feet wide. On the plus side it is only a walk from the beach, but the umbrella and chair that were “provided” in the room to use were all ready broken……i looked at other condo’s in the sunswept area and they were in much better condition.

Perfect for our small family

The location of this property is perfect. The fact that it is located near the end of Thomas Drive gave us a more relaxed spring break with the kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. This is definitely a property that you don't want to skip over when looking at a beach stay for a good price. If we were at the beach, I didn't worry about the kids needing one of us adults to go with them if they had to go back to the room for something. The beach access is literally at the backdoor. Overall, we had a great time.
