About this property

Brand new town house with breathtaking views of LaSal mountains and modern furniture will be perfect for your family stay or friends' gathering. Our home provides a spacious kitchen with a combined living and dining area where you can have fun and play games located in our living room and spend an amazing and relaxing getaway with your closest family and friends. Most importantly, enjoy your stay in Moab, Utah and safe travels!
Home offers 2 bedroom suites. First bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom and closet and second one has a queen bed with bathroom and a walk-in closet, living room has 2 queen sleeper sofas and half bathroom, which altogether accommodate 8 people.
We also have two patios in the front and back of the house where you can grill, relax and enjoy the stars at night.
The complex has a guest access to a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground and picnic areas.
Trailer parking is available onsite.
There are two 4" gel memory foam mattress toppers in the closet for the sofa sleepers for more comfortable sleep in the living room.
Netflix in living room’s Tv and both bedrooms’ TVs included.

Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park Oh My!

Great location to get to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse State Park for sunset! The Condo had everything you need to relax after a day of hiking! Grill, full kitchen so you can kick back or head into Moab for dinner! Washer and dryer were great to have! Also, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms made getting ready easy! Amazing stay!

Moab Spring Break

Mountain biking family of 3 needing an escape from Iowa. High school senior spring break! This place was in a perfect location, great amenities, and provided bike racks we were able to take indoors and secure our bikes with. Riding was amazing. Memories made!

Jeeping in Moab

This was a great place to stay. The home is very clean, has all the supplies one might need for a long stay, and is located in a great spot. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Moab

This condo was perfectly situated, just a bit out of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to needed amenities. Having two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was perfect for two couples to share.

Nice Stay!

We only stayed a couple of nights, but this place was clean and comfy! A little outside of downtown Moab, but nice and quiet community. The bed in the primary bedroom was excellent!

Our visit to Moab Utah was wonderful. Our stay at the condo was exceptional. Jana provided the best directions and instructions for our stay. She also reminded us to contact her for anything we need. The condo was very clean, cozy and comfortable and its location was exactly what we wanted, to be away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. National Parks - Base Camp

Great location on eastern side of Moab to access The Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Property was very clean and spacious. Ideal for two couples.

Wonderful property and location for fun in Moab and surrounding area

This home is wonderful! The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have ever seen in a rental. Location is close to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, and loads of mountain bike trails. It was a perfect base for our SE Utah visit!

Wonderful Property

This place was beautiful and exactly as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Communication was timely, and we had everything we needed. The property is just north of Moab in a nice little neighborhood with a pool and hot tub.

One of the best places we’ve stayed

Newer property which is immaculate Easy to check in and very clean. Rooms are neat and well furnished. Kitchen has some pantry items which was very helpful. Great location in area and close to Arches and Canyonland.

Weekend in Moab

A friend and I were stayed here for a quick weekend in Moab. We ran the Behind The Rocks trail race. This place was convenient to the text start and downtown Moab. I would recommend this property.

Great stay!

We loved our time at this beautiful townhome. We especially appreciated having two bedroom suites, and we enjoyed the large living/dining area with two couches and large dining table, and the modern kitchen. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The unit is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodations

Red Sand Ridge is everything that is advertised and more! The Condo was the most organized and well-equipped home we have ever stayed in! It was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The setting, just south of Moab, provided us with easy access to the activities available in Moab and the National Parks in the area. I would not hesitate to stay here, again. Nice home on the outskirts of downtown Moab

We stayed at Red Sand Ridge for two nights in April 2024 while visiting Arches National Park and Canyonlands. It was a nice, clean house with 2 bedrooms located in a small community of similar homes a few miles south of downtown Moab. The location felt a bit remote. We were happy with the house. It was quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were not provided with soap or shampoo for the bath/shower. I think this is an amenity that should have been provided given the price (more than 200 dollars per night). Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the home and would stay there again if given the opportunity.

Beautiful Moab home

Directions to the property were received via text before arrival. These directions were well written and very accurate. Upon arrival, the property was incredible. Everything was clean, cool, and lovely. I did reach out to the property manager about a small question, and they responded immediately, And took care of my question. The beds were very comfortable, the towels are super nice, the host provides shampoo and bath wash and hand soap, which is nice. My son and I used the swimming pool each day, and it was super refreshing and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone.
