Check in is done with the condominium administration between 15:00 and 23:00.
Check out is until 12:00 (noon).
Upon check in, the condominium regulations are made available, which must be observed.
Animals and parties are not allowed.
Only persons from the contract must remain in the property.
The hours of silence established in the laws must be respected.
The property is in the Marina district, it is very quiet, close to the Rasa beach that you can walk to, being 4 km from Geribá and 8 km from the Center, so it is good to come by car or use Uber.
The check in starts at 15:00, but if there is availability, you can arrange earlier, with prior consultation.
