About this property

Beautiful vacation apartment for 2 - 4 persons

Our non-smoking apartment is located in an apartment complex behind the Badhotel Fletcher. In this there are squash courts, sauna and solarium, for a fee.
The apartment is about 50 square meters, is on the 1st Floor (with elevator) and is suitable for up to 4 people.
Hall, bedroom with double bed, Tempur mattresses in the size 90 cm X 200 cm were renewed in September 2019. Sleeping for a 3rd or 4th Person is in the living room on a comfort sofa bed, size 80 cm X 200 cm. (Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee, please specify when booking.) Living room with new kitchenette and other kitchen equipment, bathroom including bathtub with shower facility and toilet. South-facing balcony, TV with German Programs. W-LAN possible via hotspot free of charge.

If you don't want to make breakfast, or if you don't feel like cooking yourself, let yourself be pampered by the wide range in the hotel restaurant.
So go on vacation and switch off!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Callantsoog! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden um für die ganze Familie zu kochen. Auf dem kleinen Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite haben wir immer einen freien Platz für das Auto gefunden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort laufen. Dazu noch sehr nette Gastgeber - was will man mehr! Herzlichen Dank!

Einfach nur schön!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr modern eingerichteten FeWo sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und überall, wo man hinsah, entdeckte man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir können die FeWo mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

FeWo mit kostenlosem Parkplatz
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex mit Hotel+Appartments. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem immer ein freier Platz zu finden war Zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Das Gebäude macht keinen einladenden Eindruck.Beim Betreten des Eingangsbereichs habe ich einen Geruch von Feuchtigkeit wahrgenommen. Die Bodenbeläge wirkten renovierungsbeduerftig. Dies gilt auch für den Balkonbereich der Wohnung. Check in war etwas schwierig. Der gesamte Strombereich in der WHG ist bei Bezug aus Sicherheitsgründen ausgeschaltet. Leider waren für uns vorerst keine Infos zu finden, wo sich der Sicherungskasten befindet, etc. Es war Zufall, dass wir ihn hinter der zweiten Außentür entdeckten. In der WHG war alles sehr sauber, gute Küchenausstattung. Das Schlafzimmer ist beengt. Wir haben es als unkomfortabel empfunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat gut geklappt.

Ein paar Anregungen
Der Sonnenschirm für den Balkon war leider defekt. Das war schade, weil es sehr sonnige Tage waren. Es wäre auch toll, wenn auf dem Balkon ein kleiner Tisch gestanden hätte, um die Mahlzeiten dort einzunehmen. Weiterhin wäre es sinnvoll, wenn es eine Anleitung gäbe, wie der Fernseher funktioniert, also welche Knöpfe man in welcher Reihenfolge auf welcher Fernbedienung betätigen muss. Vielleicht kann Familie Volmer da noch etwas nachbessern. Wir fahren seit 30 Jahren nach Callantsoog und haben schon in sehr vielen Appartements dieser Anlage gewohnt, in denen diese Dinge alle vorhanden waren, bzw. funktioniert haben.

Wundervolle, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Toll ausgestattete Küche. Sogar verschiedene Einsätze für die Senseo, wir konnten sogar unseren Cappuccino trinken. Sehr ruhig und nette Nachbarn. Wir kommen gern wieder, dann hoffentlich für länger.

Nur zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön aufgeteilt, und so was von gepflegt und sauber wie man es selten sieht. Und trotz der vielen Wohnungen ist es ausgesprochen ruhig und perfekt um abzuschalten. TOP Der Weg zum Strand und in den Ortskern ist schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Fazit: wer abschalten und in einer sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung Urlaub machen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Tolle Unterkunft
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick ins Grüne und die ruhige Lage waren genau nach unserem Geschmack. Die paar Minuten zum Strand oder Ortskern waren kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt . Wir kommen gerne mal wieder hierher.
