Ditch Plains Cottage, Montauk NY 2bedroom/1 bath short walk to Surfer's beach
Hear the ocean in the large private backyard. A perfect two bedroom getaway to enjoy a summer's vacation. New kitchen, comfortable living, lovely deck overlooking grassy backyard. Located south of highway 27, a one and a half block walk to the ocean beach at Ditch Plains. Carefree and affordable.
Walk into the house filled with natural light located on a kids friendly street. The ranch style house has a large kitchen with laundry on the main level. Updated full bathroom, 45" HDMI TV set with DVD. One bedroom is a queen size bed and the second bedroom may be set up as two twins or king. Mitsubishi split air conditioners are provided in each bedroom and in the living room. Bedrooms and kitchen have a ceiling fan. Linens are included and plenty of beach towels. Kitchen has a French door refrigerator, gas range, blender, new dishwasher toaster and microwave.
Walk through the large sliding glass doors to the expansive west facing deck. Enjoy the outdoor shower in the private backyard or Weber grill on the deck. The deck offers plenty of entertainment area with a patio table, umbrella and chairs. Just bring flip flops, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Leave your car in the driveway which accommodates 2 cars and head to the beach to surf or fish, or go for a fantastic bike ride. Montauk is known for world class fishing and triathlons. Ditch Plains is a sought after spot for surfing and permit parking required, so lucky you who may walk.
Due to a family member's allergies, pets are not permitted. Bi-monthly or final cleaning are not included and averages at $150 in cash. Security deposit not included and figure dependent on length of stay.
Kindly inquire to confirm the winter rate, which is currently based on a long-term rental (3months). A lease will be signed between us. Now that it is the winter season, the Electric cost is estimated at $500 or $17/night per VRBO's systems and the Administrative fee ($175//$6/night) is estimated to cover cable, propane gas stove, and water. Any under of over usages will be returned or deducted from the security deposit. Net security deposit is returned as soon as possible but always within 45 days.
