This newly upgraded modern vacation spacious villa offer a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with private bedrooms & bathrooms, including free upgrades. This unique Disney World resort destination has full service resort amenities, The resort's Clubhouse offers 24-hour guest reception, marketplace with grocery items, concierge services to secure Disney World tickets and many other family activities and attractions in the area. Stay connected while on vacation using the business center offering high speed internet access and free WIFI and also in the home for your comfort. There is a resort fee of $19.99 per day that is paid directly to the resort upon check in.
If you don’t want to go grocery shopping as soon as you arrive then consider one of the food packs below to get you started. Great Experience!
Perfect vacation for grandparents with teen grandchildren! Just enough to keep them busy. Pools were a hit! Light shopping, movie theater, Hungry Crab and other restaurants were close by. Great communication with hostess. Wonderful home! We'll be back.

The location is perfect to easily get to where we wanted to go. The house is clean. I just wish the thermostat can be lower to 70 because it is in the Summer and it was hot. I have Asthma and the temperature in the house is too hot for me on very hot days. A footstool will be helpful for short people like me. And to have cleaning supplies such as toilet bowl brush, cleanser, etc. to clean with would be helpful to use. Otherwise, we would love to rent the house again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The location to all the Disney properties is great. Our kids loved the pool, lazy River, and water slide. Having a Publix so close was great as well. Very good value and would recommend.

Labor Day getaway
Great location in the resort, a quick walk to the pool/clubhouse area. Nice and clean and on a corner lot. Has everything you need and lots of space. We had a great time!!

The stay was amazing. The property owners kept in touch with me from the day that I booked with them until I left to make sure that I enjoy my stay. The house was immaculate clean. I do it every minute of it. The check-in was great. I felt secure with the guards. I'm at the front. They were very friendly. Everything was great and if I was to come back to Florida I almost definitely will love to stay at this residence because it was in a great location and the property owner was just amazing. Everything was great. Condo was perfect and close to all the parks. Publix right on corner.

Very happy with our stay at Laura’s Villa :-). The place was just as described and matched pictures. Pretty much had everything you needed; I bought the suggested supplies and worked out very nicely. Lots of room and space for our family :-) Laura was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive by text and phone when we had trouble with the WiFi. She had the problem resolved within 24hrs. I would most definitely stay here again!!!!!

Nice Townhouse
Townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. Resort is kept very nice and staff is very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was the king bed was very firm, like to the point of hurting. The other beds were better. Close to Disney, but Universal and Seaworld were 40-60 minutes depending on traffic. Overall 5 stars!

Not a good experience
First the positives. The owner and maintenance would call/text back timely and the bed was comfortable. It pretty much ends there. The unit needs a good cleaning, especially the bathrooms. The master bathroom toilet area and in the shower there was black & green mold on the tub faucet handle. Upon arrival, some of the dishes were dirty and we noticed that the dishwasher tablet dispenser had not opened. We wondered if the cleaning co stopped the dishwasher before it was finished and put the dishes away so they could leave. Stained couches, broken floor tiles, old carpet. The place is well warn and in need of an update. The unit had no washcloths. The owner ordered some at Walmart and I had to pick them up. Walmart gave me hand towels instead. She suggested I cut them but the unit had no scissors. She then had the maintenance co. deliver some washcloths and a pair of scissors. I asked her why she didn't have maintenance do that first instead of having us do it. She said she had to call the owner of the maintenance co to get it done.Sun 7:45 am leaving for Disney when we realized the battery was dead on the electronic lock front door. We couldn't lock the door. I texted and called maint. which arrived at 9 and 10 minutes later were done. Couldn't preventative maintenance avoid this situation? On our last night-New Years Eve, she texted asking if I would take some pictures of the back mats and send them to her. I obviously didn't. Overall a bad experience.

The townhouse is absolutely perfect! It is very large and accommodated our group of 6 easily. (When they say it is not stocked for you, they aren't kidding! You will need to buy/bring everything.). The resort and pool are are amazing! It was stunning. My fiance and I could have stayed there forever. Our teens/twenties children liked it for a day or two and then needed other things to do. Luckily, there are so many things to do within a 30 minute drive. Overall, we loved this resort and the townhouse. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Clean, quiet and convenient!
We loved our stay at this 4 bedroom Condo. The owner (Laura) is very helpful and always replies right away. We had 7 people in our group and everyone was very comfortable. There was enough sleeping space for all and plenty of bathrooms. The Unit is very clean and quiet! I slept like a baby every night. For the rental price, it's so worth every penny! We really enjoyed the amenities and space over a hotel room. Shopping is right down the street for your needs and plenty of choices for dining. It's close to WDW and other parks. The young adults enjoyed the pool in the evenings and Laura provided pool floats and noodles. We used the washer and dryer often and that was a huge help! We definitely would rent from Laura again! Thank you!
