• Standard check out time: Between 9 am-12 pm
• Odd hour check in/out (other than the above mentioned hours) : SGD 60 per visit
• Public holiday check in/out: SGD 60 per visit

3. Utilities (Gas, Electricity and water):

• Bookings from 1-29 Nights : Utilities included
• Booking from 30-nights and above : Utilities are capped up-to SGD 100 Per month

4. A refundable Security deposit is required as under:

• For 1-15 days : SGD 500
• For 15-30 days : SGD 1000
• For 30-nights and above : Equivalent to one-month rental
