From the moment you walk through the front door you will will feel at home. Situated on the cliff overlooking the edge of Mosquito Bay, this spacious architect designed two storey home takes full advantage of the sea views with full length windows in the lounge and dining areas taking in the panorama. The main living area has a wood fire to create a cosy winter atmosphere. The back deck has beautiful sea breezes in summer, and you can sit out the back and never tire looking at the ocean and cliff views. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and a two minute drive to the boat ramp in either direction of the home.There is access down onto the rocks and beach below just a short walk from the home and tracks will be found everywhere. This property is ideal for a couple of families with a special kids bedroom downstairs there is plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and bird song. Beaches, are all nearby and only a short walk to the Mosquito Bay Cafe where you can get a fresh coffee and light meals. This is an original property, but well maintained.
Layout: Downstairs has a reading room that looks out across the bay and is a great place to relax and read a book. There is also another bedroom and a laundry. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or two and a huge amount of room on the back deck.

Master Bedroom: Is upstairs and has a Queen size bed with access to a private courtyard.
Bedroom Two: Upstairs, has a double bed and also has access to the private courtyard
Bedroom Three: Downstairs, 2 drop down beds and 2 single beds.
Bathrooms/Laundry Downstairs there is a shared newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet and laundry complete with, a top loading washing machine and dryer, (which is kept in the garage). Upstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outside: The large back yard backs onto a cliff. There is a fence and the rocks below are not accessible from the property. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting where you can sit and enjoy the views, There is plenty of parking in the driveway and carport or on the quiet street out the front. The driveway has enough room to park the boat in. The garage is not for guest use for parking. The BBQ is located on the back deck for easy enjoyment.
