This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
The Gulf Shores Plantation is a 524 unit complex that has separate, low-density condo buildings throughout the resort and offers a family-friendly gated neighborhood. Gulf Shores Plantation 1369 is a privately owned, efficiency condo suite with a loft and offers a fun, nautical decor throughout. The living area features soaring ceilings with tons of windows and natural light, a sleeping alcove with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a television, plus access to the 3rd floor private balcony. This space also has a small bistro style table that seats two people comfortably and offers seating for four. The kitchen is small but features most all appliances and utensils you would need to cook meals for you and your guests while on vacation. A fun spiral staircase takes you to the spacious loft which offers another queen size bed and a television. The shared bathroom in this condo is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. For convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is on-site in each building of the resort.
Gulf Shores Plantation offers a wide variety of resort amenities, such as multiple outdoor swimming pools, fun sports courts like basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts. Plus, you can enjoy family games and activities such as shuffleboard, a putting green, a horseshoe throwing pit and a barbecue area. Soak your cares away in the outdoor hot tub at the end of a long beach day. This resort also offers an on-site cafe and is right next door to the award winning Kiva Dunes golf course!
Gulf Shores Plantation is located in one of the most peaceful areas of the island, where locals and visitors alike can enjoy a laid-back atmosphere and slower pace of living. The resort is located just a few miles away from The Beach Club where you can pamper yourself at the The Beach Club Spa & Salon or enjoy a meal at Coast Restaurant. Just down the road you can enjoy natural areas like Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, which features several walking trails where you can view local wildlife, native coastal plants, and even endangered species like the Alabama Beach Mouse, the Kemp’s Ridley loggerhead and other sea turtles. The refuge is known as a popular bird watching spot, especially during migratory season. Historic Fort Morgan is situated at the terminus point of Fort Morgan Road and offers visitors a chance to learn about many key historic points, including the fort’s important role in the 1864 Battle of Mobile Bay. Explore the fort, walk its natural areas, enjoy a picnic on the grounds, visit their gift shop and on-site museum, play on the beaches and take advantage of the boat launch if you wish. You can even hop a ferry ride on the Mobile Bay Ferry to visit to nearby Dauphin Island and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
