**The Chiquita Boat Lock will be closed for removal starting April 1st, 2025 with the work expected to take approximately three months. During this period, boating access from this property will not be available. However, we can assist in arranging boat rentals from alternative locations if needed.**

Open the sliding doors to combine inside and outside living. The pool and dock area offer plenty of space for the sun chaises and direct water views along the wide Placentia Canal.
Enjoy your day at the pool and spa, that can be heated. Park your rental boat along the boat dock in your backyard. There is mature landscaping all around the home to secure your privacy.
