Executive Holiday Home in Prime Mount Location

Summary:
This stunning beach house is ideal for families and group getaways. Holidaying is a breeze here in this sought after location as it is an easy stroll to the beach one street over or to downtown Mt Maunganui , it's all so close! This two level executive spacious home provides plenty of room for larger groups with fabulous indoor/outdoor flow and offers different separate outdoor living areas with views over Mauao. Across the road offers a playground for the Kids to enjoy.

The Space:
Upstairs offers a large open plan dining, kitchen and spacious lounge that opens up to a wrap around deck with views of Mauao. The master bedroom and bathroom and are also on the top level. Downstairs has the other three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. This north facing sunny modern home provides all the comforts you want when on holiday.

Other Things to Note:
There is a lift in the house which is available upon application. There is a gate which can be put up for when young children are staying to stop them getting down stairs.

Please note that we have a strict no party policy and prefer family groups. If you are looking at booking this accommodation with a party in mind please look elsewhere. Please give details as to whether you are a family group or a group of friends and your ages please when inquiring. No groups under the age of 25.

Great location at the Mount

We really enjoyed our stay, this property is so well located, super easy to get to the beach, a nice easy walk to the shops & cafes, and the kids loved the playground at the reserve across the road. The property was immaculate, and check in was very easy.

Great house, and good location. The perfect loop walk to the Mount and back. The house had everything we needed. Sadly the bunk beds were so wobbly we had to move the top mattress to the floor, but otherwise we had a good stay.

Mount Maunganui stay..

Great location near to the beach and town centre. The property had great outdoor and spacious communal areas. The property could probably do with a bit of an upgrade though.. maybe the fans could be replaced, more bowls provided and bin liners left (we had to buy our own) and the kitchen reorganised to create more food storage space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely warm house. Loved the big windows.

Our daughter and her 4 bridesmaid's got ready for her wedding here. We found it a very central property and easy to run house, just a short walk from the beach for a lovely swim. Enjoyed our 2 nite stay Main beds were comfy to sleep in. Thank you.

Excellent property near but not too near the Mount

Excellent stay as a family of 5. Great rooms and space. The upstairs living area and kitchen works very well with doors opening onto L shaped balcony with seating and barbecue area. Near to the Mount but not too near - meaning a quiet road. Short walk to the beach.

Amazing location!

Communication with hosts was very easy. Accommodation was tidy and clean. Well stocked kitchen and had everything you needed for a great weekend away. A short drive to the central town area and beach. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Beautiful and close to activities

This home is exactly as described. Great interior with anything you will need. Walking distance to downtown eating as well as the beach. Beautifully appointed. The neighbors are young and active. They love to have fun on the weekends but shut it down before 11pm. It’s a great way to have a stay that is fun and enjoyable at the same time.

Fabulous house and great location

We rented this house for a girls weekend we have done annually for 7 years. Definitely the best house we have rented. Had everything we needed and so well equipped. Easy check in process and location is great. Perfect property for group

Super comfortable and great location

The house was perfect for our group of 5 plus some visitors. Comfortable beds and couches, great showers and all the little extras that make a stay great, and relaxing. Super handy for the beach and a walk up The Mount.

For our holiday at Mount Maunganui. It was the First time we had used bookabach.

We found the booking process easy. Kristin was excellent and quick to respond to anyt thing we asked. The 6 of us plus the 21 month old found it suited our needs.
