Fully furnished, warm and cozy, non-smoking, dog friendly (pet fee required), 1700 sq ft pool home located in a family neighborhood loaded with beautiful shade trees. This 3 bed/2 bath house sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size in the master, queen size guest, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has it's own TV and shutters for privacy. WiFi is accessible throughout the house. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower bath combo. Bathrooms are kept clean for every guest to enjoy. Spending time together won't be a problem in the spacious great room combined with dining area, adjacent to the kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The perfect place to enjoy a meal, play some board games, or just relax and watch the 62" TV provided for the living room. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio overlooking the pool with a white light strung pergola. Grill out while enjoying the fire pit in the lush backyard that provides landscaping for complete privacy from the neighbors. Full size washer and dryer are available in the indoor laundry room that leads out to the two car garage. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, white sandy beaches, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping, and Orlando attractions. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, Target, Chipotle, Chik-fil-a, Regal Movie Theater, and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Inlet Harbor, or Hidden Treasure. Winter Retreat

We have enjoyed this property a number of times over the years and it never disappoints . The property has always been well maintained and appointed . This past year the owners have completed a complete renovation inside and out . Upon arrival it was apparent that they put considerable thought and investment into the many upgrades throughout the property. Alan and Michele are extremely responsive and place a high value on the upkeep of the property and meeting the needs of their guests.

Perfect oasis close to the beach

The house is perfectly located 10 minutes from both Daytona and New Smyrna Beaches and anything else you could possibly need. We stayed 5 days during the hottest time of year and were thrilled with the beautiful pool and never had an issue with the AC and the house being cool enough. We were here celebrating our son’s graduation from college and spent the majority of our time at the house in the pool, sleeping, playing cards, watching movies and cooked most meals there. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and felt this was by far our favorite. We’ve never stayed at the same place more than once but would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness, comfort and amenities of the house were fantastic. We are so thankful to have been able to book this home

Love this rental!

Everything about this rental is great - the property itself is clean and the pool inviting and private, handy for everything, restaurants, shopping, beach. The home is in a safe area, walked the dog through it each night. Have already booked for next year!

Loved the house! Very beautiful and green with creatures! Most we enjoyed! Bugs were really bad and porch was hot because the shade shown in pictures is gone. Otherwise, house was nice.

Wonderful property!!

We recently stayed at this property in Port Orange it is great. Our family of five (three boys ages 12,9, & 7) enjoyed the space and layout. We also enjoyed have a fully furnished kitchen and a price pool just outside. We had great communication with the owners regarding a TV issue in one of the bedrooms. They came and replaced the TV while we were at the beach for the day, making for three happy boys that evening. You won’t regret staying here and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation.

Best place ever

It was such a nice house! My kids (8&5) really enjoyed the bunk bed room, plus the private pool!! The other beds were so comfy!! I would highly recommend this place to a family. We loved having a place to swim without worrying about other people. The drive to the beach wasn't bad at all, because it gave us time to see what we wanted to do when we weren't at the beach. Also, the owners were great, very responsive and made sure we had the best time. 100% recommend to anyone. I've told several of my friends and family about our stay.

Our 3rd time to stay at this property

Alan and Michele are always very quick to reply, and the home is appropriately supplied with everything you could possibly need for a rental. I have a health condition that requires special accommodations, so I am extremely appreciative for their generosity in allowing me to use their home. Our stay began Memorial Day weekend and the neighbors were setting off fireworks and having parties - but it wasn’t so loud or late to disturb our stay. I met the neighbors this year, and they seem to be a close-knit community. They even said to come over if we needed anything. We wouldn’t do that, but it does make you feel very safe and comfortable renting knowing the neighbors are kind and thoughtful. Thanks for another great year! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Definitely coming back!

We were very pleased when we drove up to the property. It looked well kept and the inside did not disappoint. The location was great for restaurants, grocery stores, access to highway and it felt like a safe neighbourhood. The pool was kept clean and we used it every day. Will definitely be repeat customers and won’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and relatives.

A little backyard oasis

We highly recommend this property. It’s not easy to find a pet friendly, house with an amazing private pool like this. The property is 10 minutes to the beach and grocery stores are right around the corner. The property is updated, clean, and although it’s in neighborhood it’s extremely private. Oh yeah the beds were super comfy. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The only downfall is there is not yard space for the pets in the back so they had to do their duty in the front yard. It all worked out fine.

Nice place to stay near Daytona!

Very clean house. Love the backyard. Very nice oasis. I was there visiting my son at Embry Riddle and it was very convenient to him, many shops, and many restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

The hidden gem of Daytona

We rented a home near my grandfather for the holidays with pretty low expectations but needed to check all of the boxes. This house BLEW US AWAY. It’s gorgeous. The amenities were wonderful. The layout and accommodations and considerations were pleasant. The listing photos don’t do it justice at all. The neighborhood, and it is a neighborhood, isn’t over the top quality or winning any awards for cleanliness, but I didn’t come for the subdivision otherwise. (However if you are a Christmas light fan, they go all out for the holidays so the kids LOVED driving through it “home” every evening.) Alan was sharp, attentive and a wonderful host — even through the holidays. It was cold during our stay so we didn’t use the pool but we used the patio when the sun shined to eat our lunches and play and enjoyed it just the same. 10/10 will stay again.

Have stayed at this property before. Its is perfect! This is our favorite VRBO. Great 3 bedroom pool home in a quiet neighborhood, just 20 minutes to main street in Daytona. Private, lush backyard,, open floor plan great for entertaining. The hosts are on top of their game and always answer very quickly. We will be back

Family Vacation

The home is nicely decorated and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It's 15 mins from Daytona and New Smyrna. The house is fully stocked with all of the essentials. While I am giving an overall rating of 5 stars, because overall we enjoyed our stay, I am giving 4 stars for cleanliness of the pool and backyard and accuracy of listing. There were leaves and debris everywhere from a couple of storms prior to us arriving. While we were told that the pool cleaners were scheduled to come in a couple of days after we arrived, and they did, we went a couple of days without using the pool. Renters pay a lot of money to use the amenities listed with the home and shouldn't have to wait to use them. The pool vacuum should have been on and the debris and leaves removed from the pool and surrounding area. Also, the pic of the backyard needs to be updated as there is no longer a grassy area in the back. It's all stone and instead of a picnic table, there is a table with chairs. A screen area over the pool and a cover over the sitting area under the pergola would be ideal.
