Why they chose this property
I travelled to this area for years before I bought the place. I fell in love with the unique atmosphere the area has to offer. An opportunity arose for me to buy the place, and I had to do it. I renovated the hotel completely, redoing all of the rooms, public areas, etc. I wanted the place to become a more legitimate hotel with all amenities necessary for comfort. I knew this place had so much potential before buying, and I wanted to make sure it gets to where it can be!
What makes this property unique
The location is ideal. Playa Hermosa offers that authentic Costa Rican experience that is hard to get in more populated cities like Jaco. The people are friendly, the waves are great, and the place is beautiful.
