Home away from home

We chose this condo because we’re familiar with the neighborhood and from the pictures it had a great view of the mountains. It’s a corner unit with a decent view but I prefer the views at the other end of the property. Unit is very comfortable. We even liked the bed (even though it’s a little noisy). I especially liked the shelving in between the sinks in the master bathroom which allows you to organize all your toiletries. I didn’t give it a 5 because there were a few areas that needed more cleaning (however I’m pretty OCD in regards to cleaning). I did leave the cleaning staff a note regarding the areas that needed more attention. It would have been nice if there were instructions for the fireplace, however Debbie responded right away.

Loved it

Location was great, just a few blocks off the parkway and central to many attractions. Communication/check-in was great. Condo was clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Was nice to have room to spread out in. We only spent a couple of days there, wish we had more time on this visit. Will definitely look to book this condo on our next trip down.

Family Vacation

We rented the What a View condo for our family vacation to the Smokies. The condo was perfect and just as promised. Deborah was so kind and easy to work with. The best part of the condo was the amazing sunset view from the balcony! We would definitely book this condo again.

Quiet Comfort

For a six floor condo I was surprised at how quiet the stay was. Comfortable furnishings and roomy enough for four adults and a baby. The property manager responded quickly to all my questions. We had a stress free weekend and a lovely stay!

Very nice with a great view!

The condo was very well kept, clean and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed the wrap around deck with great views! Location was very close to Pigeon Forge but still slightly away from the crowds. I would rent this property again for sure!

Great weekend stay

Good Condo

The condo was nice, clean and close to the parkway. It was a good price. The only issue I had was we weren't able to swim in the indoor pool due to high chloride. The fumes were so concentrated it would burn your eyes as soon as you reached the first floor.

Very enjoyable

Beautiful property. The outside pool area is a bit rough. The tiles need to be replaced, our 5 yr old cut his foot on them. Just from them being loose. So that is just something to be aware of and the inside pool was not heated. Lol sooooo cold! But over all it was a beautiful view. Great accommodations and so close to everything!

Great Place to Stay

We spent a week in Pigeon Forge for our son's baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The location was convenient, the condo was clean, and the owners were very friendly. Check in and out was very smooth.

New years stay

Overall the property is really nice. My only comment is the parking. There is not enough so cars were parking in unmarked spaces making it difficult to get out of marked spaces. I feel it would have been helpful to know this before arriving. The hill is too steep to have to walk up it with an infant.

Mountain getaway

The condo was supper nice and clean! Very easy to get to and no big hills to get to it. The view was nice and I’m sure the fall changes would be beautiful. Very quite and relaxing balcony to enjoy every morning with my coffee. I would definitely recommend this condo and we will be booking again!!!

Hidden Gem!

This is a great condo! Very nice and roomy for our family of 4. The condo was easy to get to, close to the Pigeon Forge strip and grocery shopping. The outside deck is awesome! We would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!
