This two bedroom ground floor unit is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to Arakwal National Park and just minutes to Clarke's Beach and world-class cafes. You will find this ground floor apartment is tastefully furnished and accommodates your every comfort with air conditioning, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, WIFI, large flat screen TV, and fabulous pool side outdoor living. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds. The apartment's open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens out onto a North facing covered verandah overlooking the sparkling pool and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. An ideal spot to unwind with family after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a natural reserve and about 1km into town centre.

Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Online does not do it justice!
We had the best time! The apartment is very spacious, very clean and had all the basics that we needed. The balcony is secure and gets a lot of sun, it also has direct pool access. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment that was perfect for our stay in Byron for a friends wedding. The accomodation is a more than reasonable distance to talk into town and most beaches. The added bonus was the pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. The pool was also kept nice and clean! Great all round acommo!

Great quiet location. Nice surroundings.
Great unit over all fantastic. Well furnished with modern furniture. However cleanlinesses not great. Dirty blinds, and we found a dirty pan in cardboard. Fans in bedrooms not working properly. Dust in rooms everywhere and second Bedroom smelt quiet badly. Filter in dryer not cleaned out and therefor the was fluff/dust layer in all the walls. Windows not cleaned in bedrooms and one in lounge room. Either wise great property!

Great clean apartment, check in easy and was able to organise a late check out when our flight was unexpectedly delayed by 7 hrs! Easy flat walk into town, nice quiet apartment block.

Great size apartment for two adults and two younger kids. Short walk to the beach and great pool and amenities. Check in and check out super easy. Loved the stay!

Nice family place
Easy location for accessing family beach and The Pass. Nice 5min bike ride into town, easy for the kids. Units are nicely decorated and overlook the pool. Quiet neighbourhood.... Very relaxing. Some initial issues with cleaning but resolved easily. Thank you.

Good Byron Bay location,well equipped except wifi
The property is very well-located in Byron Bay - easy walk to shops and eating places, a few minutes to the beach, and close to the lighthouse reserve. Secure parking in the basement garage. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. Comfortable bed; reasonable lounge seating; DVD player with the TV. There is no internet/wifi which would be expected as an included feature at the price - this is exacerbated by poor to nil 3G/4G reception inside, particularly in the lounge. The unit is a middle apartment and it's built for the summer, so it's a bit cool and dark the rest of the year. But there is a good heat pump and reasonable lighting. There is a spacious balcony and outside seating (for summer). Overall, would recommend staying here - efficient booking and communication through the local management company.
