This apartment has a great view direct to the ocean from your balcony.
This is a 2 bedroom and 2 complete bathrooms, one with the bathtub and the other one has a shower. The apartment with porcelain floors, top of the line kitchen appliances, 3 flat screen TV .
In each room there are 2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa in the living room.
Here you will enjoy the exclusive game room with pool table.
The gym is equipped with all the modern machines to do exercises.
On the lobby you will find a machine to charge the laundry card, minimum of $ 5.00.
Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean.
Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops.
The Miami Int'l airport is 45 minutes and the Fort Lauderdale airport.
Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course.

There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Boardwalk and downtown shopping area and back.

Great weekend stay

This was a great location and easy beach access. We felt like there was plenty of space for the four of us and nice to have two bathrooms. The staff who worked in the building were very friendly.

We were 6 people in the condo The space was perfect It was clean and as in the pictures with the rental offer The commodities are complete The condo is nicely situated near the beach There is also stores nearby to purchase everything beaded for meals or otherwise We would definitely rent again

Beautiful views

Everything went well from check in to check out with two exceptions. The building has 2 small elevators to serve 16 floors and one was out of service for 2 days - one was the day we were checking out. Also, the dishwasher was not working and when we called about it, nothing was done to repair it - not fun washing dishes while on vacation!

Quick Florida vacation

The location was great and the condo met our needs. Kids loved the pool and the beach. The 15th floor is a bit time consuming coming and going, but we didn't mind. Check-in was great and the host met us there, arranged our fob rental and took us up to the condo.

Beautiful Spot on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach in a super clean apartment on the beach. It was a quiet section of the area which was also enjoyable. Plenty of room for 3 of us and then a couple friends joined the last couple days. Enjoyed being able to cook some meals avoiding going out. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. We would stay at this place again.

Nice unit but a few things missing

The unit itself was nice - I'd say a slightly better than average, but just a few things would have made such a BIG difference. I may be a picky person LOL - the unit itself was very clean, but when you look at the baseboards and doors they all could use a fresh coat of paint for sure. Also, it is equipped with some stuff - towels - (although somewhat minimal and I think 3 or 4 wash clothes and maybe 1 hand towel) - so if you have a group of 8 people, not enough and kitchen items; but there were no dishwasher pods, only the garbage bags that were in the cans, no bar soap and only the toilet paper on the roll. It would cost her $10 extra for the week to supply some of this stuff. We didn't want to have to purchase a whole pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. for just a weeks stay. Obviously we HAD to get the soap and TP! Also, the beach chairs were not beach chairs, they were rusted out lawn chairs. We did purchase (not the greatest) beach chairs from Walmart and left them. The location was nice and the front door staff was very nice. The pool was ok, but as someone else noted, not a lot of lounge chairs so you're hard pressed to get one. I prefer a pool that you can see the beach from and it's kind of secluded on the side, but we didn't really spend much time there (because we couldn't get a seat). Elevators did take a long time to come but I guess that's to be expected in a building that size. We did start to use the service elevator mid-week.

Best Location

Great location, walking distance from supermarket and Walmart. Wonderful views from the 15th floor. The beach is just spectacular and all that we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The unit is clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I have one suggestion for the owner: if you could provide new beach chairs and umbrella and also a small cooler to take to the beach, would be even more perfect!!! Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again! We strongly recommend this property to anyone!

Not as advertised

I really hate leaving bad reviews for a business but this one was a disappointment. The rooms were far from clean besides the quick easy to clean parts. Shower drains were plugged and full of gunk and bugs in the shower, there was someone else’s hair on the shower walls, shower doors halfway operational and falling off. One of the shower faucets for the cold didn’t work. No curtain in master shower so neighboring buildings can see into shower easily at night. Oven was falling into cupboard, walls and rooms were just not very well cleaned or kept up. Couch cushions had been poorly halfway reupholstered, area rug in living room had not been vacuumed even after manager had room re-cleaned when we complained. Room has a safe but it is just sitting on a shelf in the closet. It states in the ad that toiletries are included and there was only partial rolls of tp left and over watered down hand soap that wouldn’t even foam up while washing hands. It’s a bare minimum kind of place they run and to top it off halfway through the stay the electricity was shut off and I’m not saying to the building but to our room so she had to call in and have it turned back on. When I called to tell her the room was unacceptable because it was dirty she argued with me and told me it was impeccable so I had her come meet me to look. She did have it cleaned but it’s still just a dingy room that needs more upkeep and the cleaning is minimal, there was still hair on the shower walls and the area rug wasn’t even vacuumed and had junk in it still after the cleaning. Our vacation was interrupted 2 different days because of our room. We had to leave for it to be re-cleaned and the power being shut off. We asked for some kind of compensation for the interruption, but they were unwilling to work with us. The last thing I wanted to do was leave a review or have to spend my time waiting to meet her while I’m on vacation. It was advertised as a very nice place and it was far from it.

Great stay

This was a fun stay for my family and I. The unit was clean and the views were nice. The host was kind enough to provide us a pack and play and a high chair for our toddler. The building has a pool (with not many chairs, and gets full quick) and there is beach access but all the chairs over there are for the hotels next door) but the unit provides chairs and etc (even shovels and chair for the baby). The host was also able to accomedate a late check out for my son who's bed time was way before the flight so we where able to stay a little longer for him to nap. Overall was a nice stay and fun trip! Also the beds were super comfy!

Great location

We found the condos location to be great! But we were surprised to find that the unit didn’t have laundry inside the unit but instead you have to pay for the machines down the hall. Plus we found out that the condo building has no private beach like the surrounding condo buildings do. This made finding beach space difficult. So we rented lounge chairs and umbrellas from the condo building next door. The condo itself needs some love, broken items and such but it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep and eat breakfast as we headed to the beach most days and ventured to key west another day.

Overall good for the $$

This place had beautiful views but the surrounding area was not a good nightlife for people in their mid 20s we had to drive to fort laudy or Miami to do anything. The pool is very small and gets shady early in the day. The service elevator smelled horrendous. But as for the condo it was good for what we paid. Very spacious. They didn’t pay their electricity or something our first morning we woke up the stuff in the fridge was warm the power would not work no tv no lights nothing. We called them and they had it working shortly after. Bring your own toilet paper they give u one roll per bathroom so if you have multiple guests it won’t be enough. Same goes for paper towels and trash bags. Communication wasn’t always the best but once they replied things were fine..Overall clean spot and good views.
