"Sunshine 21". The Sunshine Apartment 21 is located in the first Floor of the house in the beach park Großenbrode sunshine. The house was completed in 2011.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The apartment has everything your heart desires equipped with everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, a nice bright living room with fireplace, TV-Relax armchair and a balcony. A spa with sauna and spa shower round out the luxury of this apartment. The beach is only about 80 meters. Here you can laze in the summer, enjoy in a beach chair, or take long walks on the beach in winter. Enjoy anytime the sound of the sea, the Baltic Sea breeze and the ambience of our apartment.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor. The balcony faces south-west.

This holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer a smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

You also have a lockable bike shed (150X300 cm) and a cart for the way to the beach.

Hätten uns mehr Wärme gewünscht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und Allergiker geeignet. Wir saßen mit Sweatjacke und Decke im Wohnzimmer weil die Fußbodenheizung aus war, und der gesamte Boden war kalt. Da auch noch Starkwind war, wurde es nicht wiklich warm. Unsere Freunde im Komplex gegenüber hatten Wärme satt. Das war schade. Das andere ist, wenn schon Allergiker freundlich, bitte bessere Reinigung wie zum Beispiel in den Ecken der Sauna und im ersten Schlafzimmer. Sonst alles Ok, gute Ausstattung.

Urlaub in Großenbrode

Wir waren von unserer Wohnung sehr begeistert. Alles notwendige für einen tollen Urlaub in der schönen Umgebung mit unzähligen Ausflugszielen nach Fehmarn war vor Ort anzufinden...und noch mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Cafe, Restaurants, alles nur minutenweit entfernt. Strand fast vor der Tür. Für uns einfach alles perfekt. Fühlten uns sauwohl.

Urlaub 2024 Großenbrode Strandpark Haus Sonnenschein 21

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön, allerdings sollte hier ein Blick auf die Matratzen/Lattenrost getauscht werden, da diese extrem laut waren bzw. geknarzt haben, der Staubsauger erfüllt seinen Zwecks leider auch nicht mehr und das Wasser im Bad/Dusche hat automatisch von heiß auf eiskalt und umgekehrt gewechselt, aber alles andere war sehr schön.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bis zu einer Woche gut, wenn auch recht eng. In dem vorderen Zimmer ist wenig Ablagefläche- für 2Kleinkinder geht es, durch den schmalen Schrank- der andere ist verschlossen. Zwei Erwachsene bekommen Probleme, wenn sie nicht aus dem Koffer leben möchten. Hier passt im Gegensatz zum anderen Zimmer aber das Babybett- wirklich nur Baby, da es ein kurzes Reisebett ist, hin. Das Bad mit Dusche, Toilette, Sauna und Waschmaschine ist sowie Küche und Wohnraum gut funktionell eingerichtet. In der Küche findet sich alles von Besteck Tellern, Töpfen, Pfannen, was so zum Kochen benötigt wird. Für den Balkon finden sich im größeren Schlafzimmer Sitzkissen für die Stühle sowie der Sonnenschirm. Auf den Balkon zu sitzen war möglich und schön. Die Bettdecken sind aufgrund ihrer Hygienebezüge schon jetzt Anfang April, trotz offenem Fenster, sehr warm und schwer. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und haben ein paar schöne Tage in Großenbrode verbracht, so wie immer, wenn wir dorthin kommen. Die Spielplätze sind einfach toll!

Mit kleinen Mängeln

Der Staubsauger lief(auch nach Reinigung )leider nur mit halber Leistung,so war das Staubsaugen mühselig.In der Küche vermissten wir Topflappen undEierpikser.Die Wohnung war auch leider nicht mit Verdunkelungsgardinen ausgestattet,so dass es um 5Uhr hell war.Da halfen auch die lichtdurchlässigen Plissees nicht. Die angebliche Wellnessdusche war auch schon verkalkt.Es kam nur aus einer vorderen Düse Wasser mit einem sehr harten Strahl.Den separaten Duschkopf konnte man leider nur in Kinderhöhe aufhängen. Wenn die Dinge behoben werden ist die Wohnung wieder top. Vg

Sommerferien

Die Matratze, das Oberbett und auch das Kissen waren in "Plastikbezügen", was wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden.Aus hygienischen Gründen durften diese nicht entfernt werden. Würde dahee empfehlen das eigene Bettzeug mit zu bringen. Wir hatten auch leichte Ameisenstraßen in der Wohnung. Das Wäschepaket war eine Unverschämtheit für den Preis, 1 großes und 1 kleines Frotteetuch für 2 Wochen pro Person...und einmal Bettwäsche für 25 Euro!!! Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung perfekt von der Lage her, der Strand, die Promenade und auch die Spielplätze sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um Großenbrode drum herum hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Hatte Glück mit dem Wetter, Lage nah zum Strand und toll mit dem Strandkorb! Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können und die Öffnungszeiten der Gastronomie war komisch oft geschlossen auch die Buden an der Seebrücke!

Großenbrode ist immer wieder eine Reise wert, und die Wohnung ist der optimale Ruhepunkt!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich topp!Ein Manko gab es leider für uns :Leider empfanden wir die Bett Matratze als zu weich!
