Days of Sun-Nights of Stars

Come enjoy this cosy cottage in peaceful Bay Vista. Built in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1. Sleeps up to 6 people with a bonus office space, and parking for up to 4 cars. No pets please!
There is no need to rent bedding or pay for beds to be made …Owner supplies quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Just bring your Beach Towels!
From Memorial Day through Labor Day we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Vacation Stay July 2023

Our family had a marvelous stay at this property. The house is clean and well kept. Kitchen is beautiful. Very spacious living areas. Included parking at Rehoboth Beach in non-metered areas. Short drive of 5 minutes to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. I had 2 minor issues that Jessica, the property owner, resolved immediately with a phone call. Would certainly come back here again. Good value for your money.

Charming and Quiet

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Inviting screened in back porch perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. This is our second year here and once again we had a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Beach

Tranquil Gem

This beautiful property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive from great restaurants and Rehoboth beaches. The screened in back porch was a wonderful place to start day with morning coffee and to chill after the beach. Property was extremely clean and the fresh herbs in the flower gardens were an added bonus. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great week at Rehoboth staying here. It was just my wife, 3 year old daughter, and me. The house could easily take another family or two. It was extremely well kept, clean, and comfortable, especially the back porch! Location is perfect. You need to drive to get to the restaurants and beach but it's super close to everything. Just about 5-10 minutes to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Home Away from Home!

This is our third year renting this charming and cozy home! The house is clean, very well maintained and has EVERYTHING you need for a perfect beach vacation. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, relaxing on the outdoor swing and screened in porch. Jessica is an AMAZING host!

Comfortable home with great screened-in porch

Very comfortable home for relaxing and spending time together as a family. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! Everything we needed was provided; the owners have really thought of just about everything—except a full-length mirror. Haha! The ladies do appreciate having one of those available. The beach, boardwalk and fun boutique shopping was just a short drive away from this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed several neighborhood walks. The only negative aspect of our stay was the laundry detail upon check-out. We felt it was a lot to expect of guests to wash and dry all of the towels before leaving, and have a set of sheets started. We opted to shower the night before leaving in order to wash and dry all but the hand towels that night. We would all have preferred a morning shower, but knew packing up in addition to the laundry would have been too much to do that morning and get off for the lengthy drives ahead of us. We were able to accomplish this request, however, and did really enjoy our stay.

Great home away from home

The time we spent here in this home was wonderful. Jessica was very nice via messaging. The home was very clean, and we felt at home and loved every minute we spent there. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Will stay here again if we head back and the home is free at the time we want to go. Pleasant stay and perfect for what we wanted and needed.

The property is exactly as described. It is extremely clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and the interior is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk around. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch and the beach parking pass that came with the house.

For Jessica & Scott this community has been part of our family's life for 3 generations. We love to get outdoors to go hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Between the boardwalk beaches and the Delaware state park beaches there is a place for everyone.

Why they chose this property

Our home is situated in a quiet community with easy access to downtown Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The house was built in 2017 and has a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Bay Vista is a quiet community with a mix of rental properties and year round residents. It's tucked just far enough away but it's still close to the heart of this little beach town.

What makes this property unique

Beyond the beautiful beaches Rehoboth Beach has a variety of attractions for kids large and small. Enjoy play time at Jungle Jim's water park, boardwalk rides, miniature golf, and go-carts .

If you are looking for unique shops, fine dinning or a little night life look no further than Rehoboth Ave. Along route 1 there are many choices for budget minded outlet shoppers or catch a movie at Midway shopping center.

Explore local history through three great-tiny museums the Zwaanendael Museum in Lewis, DE , the Indian River Life-saving Museum south of Dewey Beach, DE and The Nanticoke Indian Museum in Millsboro, DE. Each is well worth an hour of your time.
