Mixed opinion
We booked all the rooms in the house (4 rooms for 7 people, max 16 pax).
Paulo confirmed that we would have the whole house for ourselves, which was part true because we shared the commons (living room, kitchen, pool, terrace) with the family living here, their friends and staff. If you are looking for privacy and intimacy, this is not it.
The rooms are simple and beds not very comfortable, bathrooms basic and not very clean.
In the kitchen it was anarchy : no water evacuation for the sink, no dedicated dishes/tableware, and you have to cook sometimes at the same time as the family so not everything is available for preparation.
We arrived on January 1st and on the first night, we couldn't sleep because the neighbour was having a party with very very loud music...
On the second day, we had a power outage so we ended up washind the dishes in the bathtub with a flashlight...
If we have to end on a positive note, the breakfast was indeed included and pretty good, and Paulo's family is nice, but if you want to stay at their house you have to know what to expect... : rooms and beds in a house, not an independant apartment (and the description on Abritel/Homeway/Homelidays is very poor).
