Randall and Helga are snowbirds from NJ. Helga is a retired chiropractor, and has started a second career as a realtor in Florida. Randall is a custom builder in NJ and commutes to Bonita Springs frequently. Their winter home is in Bonita Springs, and their summer home is in Blue Heron Pines, near the Jersey shore.
Why they chose this property
This property is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, and offers a quiet retreat in a spacious open setting. Beautiful grounds in the development offer sidewalks and scenery.
What makes this property unique
The view from the lanai and the living room is of the pool and gardens. Every room has high ceilings, and there is plenty of natural light.
