Always perfect

This year was a little different we changed the days at the last minute and Peter was very accommodating. The place is always perfect and I love Ketchum. So easy to walk into the center of town or up the mountain I would recommend this place to everyone. My third time staying in this unit it’s probably my favorite.

Disappointed with upstairs bedroom. Did not know it was basically a loft with the washer & dryer in the bedroom. The shower space in both bathrooms were updated but not the rest of the bathroom space/ vanity & lighting. Downstairs bed was VERY uncomfortable and the cleaning solution used on bedding was irritating. Property needs updating especially the carpet. Although the unit was especially clean, the rest of the interior needs work. Other than that location was good easy to walk to everything & utilized the buses running to Haily.

Great condo in Ketchum

The property has a great location. About 2 mins walk to main street and sun valley road. Location is quiet and well maintained. Very clean with clear instructions on how to use all amenities. Beds were very comfortable. We could have used more than 2 laundry pods (cycling and fishing daily) though if guests are not like us and making their clothes smelly it would have been fine! Dish soap was almost empty but dishwasher came in handy (and there was detergent for it, so no issues there). Noticed one deck chair was broken by previous guest but we did not use them. Top of coffee machine was broken, so when pouring we made a mess the first few times because we forgot but that wasn’t really a problem. TV was hooked up to all streaming services which was very nice (if you always forget your logins, this make it easy to watch a movie at night). Overall we would definitely stay again and just buy a little more cleaning supplies when we arrive due to our activities in Ketchum.

Very good. Could be great w a little love.

Great location! Fun, functional, comfortable, clean condo…. but it could use a little love. Window blinds broken (couldn’t raise, only twist open louvers), toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain rod installed upside down w screw preventing slide of curtain, stove burners not level, carpet tired and needs replacing. But if these kinds of things don’t bother you, the bones of the place are fine. We did have an enjoyable time but all thought that with just a little maintenance it could have been a great place. Also, the photos were taken w a wide angle lens (as is often the case) so contents of photos are accurate but IRL, the place is smaller than the photos convey.

It's all about the location

This condo is in an awesome location and has everything you need for an extended visit any time of year. Yes, the place needs some updates and the carpeting needs to go. But it has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and if you are enjoying Sun Valley, you are not hanging out in the condo all day. This is our second stay and we would not hesitate to come back. You are 1 minute from the main bike path, 5 minutes from River Run and 5 minutes from downtown Ketchum. Bus stop is very close if you want to ride anywhere in the valley. The locals and other renters were awesome. We will be back.

Best Affordable Condo I Sun Valley

We enjoyed our stay in Horizons 4, #122. It was very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. The Unit was very clean and everything functioned properly. We did have a minor trouble working the TV since there were two remotes (a Roku & a Cable company's). There wasn't any information on how the two remotes interacted. Hit & miss, we figured it out (no big deal). The unit was close to the local area's free bus service so that we did not need our car once there. There was a 'Hot' Spa that we didn't use (didn't come prepared). Overall it was like home for our stay in Ketchum where we enjoyed two days of skiing on Bald Mountain.

Best Stay in Sun Valley

Out of the several times coming to Sun Valley for Christmas, this by far has been the best. Loved everything about this condo. Wil definitely be back!!

Comfortable and good location

Close to River Trail for walks, runs, biking. Upstairs bedroom is hot in late summer, needs a small ac unit. We enjoyed our stay in Ketchum. Nature, dining, and several excellent art galleries.

Great location. Simple, straightforward., and comfortable. Thankfully no doilies, teddy bears, excessive throw pillows or inspirational plaques. We hope to return it n the winter.

Great summer trip to Sun Valley area of Idaho

My son and I enjoyed the location for a week in mid July. We hiked and fished throughout the area. Great location for a base camp to access Sawtooth National Recreation area hiking and fishing.

Great location!

Quiet complex. Friendly neighbors. Close to everything in Ketchum. You can walk a couple blocks to Main St, or drive a short distance to endless activities. Peter’s condo has all the amenities that you would need to make your Sun Valley getaway perfect.

We love the close proximity to the River Run Lodge and Gondola and all that downtown Ketchum has to offer. Sun Valley and Ketchum have become some of our favorite places in the country and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
