Just what we needed!
Just a quick get away for my Fiancé's birthday and this place was just what we were looking for. View from the balcony was great.... can see the ocean to the left and the intercostal to the right. All the amenities made this place well worth it. Property manager/owner was very quick to help out with questions or concerns upon our arrival. Definitely will consider this place again if we find ourselves in the area again

Love Indian Shores, condo was nice right on the Intercoastal Waterway. Short walk to the beach or enjoy time at the pool. Close to many places to eat.Will be back again.

Very Nice
This was a great spot with my family. Would have loved to know the pool was going to be under construction when i booked. This was the reason we stayed here. So, no pool. The beach was great and we were close to everything.

The property was awesome! Convenient, clean and had so many little extras, like items to use at the beach, and a fully equipped kitchen including a junk drawer! A short walk to the beach and a very great neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to my questions.

Amazing sunrise
Everything was roomy, clean and comfy. We loved the outdoor balcony and view. We enjoyed watching dolphins several times. If you open the blinds, you can enjoy an amazing sunrise. It’s located in a quiet area, but you can quickly get to the beach, stores, restaurants, bars, etc. It was perfect for us!

This beautiful condo is a 4 minute walk to the beach. It has a really nice pool/hot tub area right on the intercostal, and a beautiful view from the balcony. The condo is very clean, and has everything you could need for a great getaway! Loved our time there!

Great waterfront on Intercoastal water way
As a Coast Guard Captain, my family were amazed by numerous beautiful yachts traveling the Intercoastal Water Way watching their journeys from the third floor balcony. But, I lost my Masters Captain valuable Silver Coast Guard ring with a black setting, inscribed with JJJ. A $300 reward is offered for it’s return.

Amazing. Close to beach. Very clean. Beautiful balcony views. Has everything you need. Suggest having a car because most restaurants require a short drive. I can't wait to come back next year!

Clean, has everything you need. Gorgeous views from balcony... sunsets, sunrises, dolphins swimming by. Short walk to beach. Most restaurants are a short drive. Not many are within walking distance. It's peaceful and relaxing set back a little from Gulf Blvd. We didn't want to leave! See you next time : )

Great Condo, Great Location!
This condo is a 4 minute walk to the beach, and has a great pool/hot tub area! The condo has everything you could need for a great getaway, including a beautiful view from the balcony! Super clean, and very well equipped. We LOVED our time there!

Large apartment with water views
This property has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. There is everything nesessary to cook food: all kinds of appliances, like toaster, micriwave, even the tabletop grill, and all the necessary dishes and silverware. Since this is a corner apartment, you have both, view of the bay and view of the pool. When we had some questions, owners answered them fast. This was very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Our entire family enjoyed their stay here. We had one small issue upon arrival with the door code but that was corrected within 2 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is having its own set of washer/dryers inside the unit somehow, but the pay per wash units are conveniently located next door, one floor up. The only thing I would mention is that the beach access is about a 3 to 5 minute walk across the street. The condo development is set back off the main road (a good thing) but it does take a couple extra minutes to walk. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is directly across from the beach. The until is clean and well maintained and the owner is friendly and communicative. Room layout is convenient for families. Tons of things to do in the area. Don't hesitate to book.

Everything you need for your beach vacation is in this condo.
The condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. Kitchen had many appliances, including a tabletop grill. There were beach chairs and umbrellas, even golf clubs and tennis rackets. TV has plenty of channels. I liked that you can see the pool and the waterways with passing boats from the balcony. Sometimes we even saw dolphins from there. Mitchell was very responsive, when I had some questions. Thank you for the nice clean condo, and for making our vacation special!

This condo was great!! It was well equipped for our girls trip. The balcony was awesome with a beautiful view. The pool area was very well equipped. It was also close to the beach. And, there are a lot of fun restaurants nearby. We would be happy to stay here again.

Vacation at Bayshores
Condo was great. Enjoyed the hot tub when it wasn’t freezing . We golfed most days. We usually rent on the gulf side but enjoyed watching boats sailing on the intercostal. Thank you for allowing us to rent this condo.

Great stay
We stayed here for a father daughter trip. Perfect set up for us! Place was very nice, clean, convenient, updated, nice water views of the waterway, short easy walk to the beach across the street, nice common area pool and hot tub which we often took advantage of!, they had beach chairs, towels, coolers umbrella, tennis raquets, even beach toys for younger guests! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! Thank you for a lovely stay!
