The resort itself was beautiful. The check-in process was very smooth and front desk rep was very courteous. However, the property management company was completely AWFUL! 1st, I called and asked for an early check-in. I was told they would call me back! No one never did! 2nd, the TV's downstairs never worked. I called 2 days in a row to get someone to come out. No one never came. The problem was never resolved. Upon check out, I told guest services about my complaint and they referred me to the property management (JEEVES). Contacted JEEVES, they said it was not their issue and that I need to refer back to guest services. Needless to say, no resolution! My 2nd issue, which is the MAJOR ISSUE, is JEEVES charged my card over $300 for dirty towels and linens! Yes, you heard it right! "Dirty towels and Linens." Keep in mind all of the linens they provide are WHITE! They sent me pictures of the "DAMAGE" linens! They were simply UNWASHED towels! Most of which only had a small dirt spot! That's it! I contacted them and asked to speak with management bc what I saw on the pictures WERE NOT DAMAGED TOWELS just dirty towels that haven't been washed! They said they don't communicate over the phone, jus through email. I pleaded my case! Advise them that either the cleaning company don't know how to WASH WHITE LINENS properly OR Jeeves strive on scamming their customers out of their money. I even went as far as voicing my complaint with the resort (which I knew it was nothing they could do bc the charge did not come from them, I just wanted them to know about the ridiculousness.) Needless to say, I was told this isn't the first complaint from customers with the same issue/concern! I'm currently still dealing with this battle! No one has yet to contact me back with a reply to my latest email! I was it gave an option to post the pictures that they sent me of "DAMAGED" towels! Pretty much they charged me over $300 for a load of laundry! SMH

Not as expected

Our very large group thought we would be accommodated by possibly checking in a couple hours early but we never heard back that day, they didn’t even give us the code to get into the house so we had to check in 30 minutes late after Encore had to reach out for the code. The house was dirty, things were broken, the pool was dirty, the outside had been ruined by small kids with stains of paint all over. The walls were in bad shape, door knob to a room broken, the theatre room television didn’t work the entire time and a bed was broken. Just overall run down and not what we expected. The house was definitely big enough and a great space, just not kept clean. We did however like that there were 2 refrigerators. But, We only had 1 garbage outside, also today marks 6 days of being in that house and Jeeves (the owner) still never responded to our group from last Wednesday. Probably won’t stay with them again which is unfortunate.

A Fantastic Option for a large Family

We were completely satisfied, from checkin to checkout... The house is as beautiful as advertised. TIP: Remember to bring coffee/filters. Walmart/Target are just minutes away for supplies. Although we didn’t have time to try the Aqua Park and other amenities, it was just nice to come home to a homie-atmosphere after long days at the parks. Will definitely book again.
