Welcome to The Beach Front Oasis!
Perfectly situated along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, this newly remodeled 22nd floor unit is your home away from home. This modern and spacious condo with high 10' ceiling is located at Ocean Reef, Panama City Beach's newer condominium development!

Unlike the larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, ideal for couple's getaways.

Here, you can enjoy the luxury of a beachfront property, that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy proximity to area attractions such as golf courses, a marine park Gulf World, a water park (Shipwreck Island) and the recently opened Pier Park shopping and dining complex including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a new (16) theater multi-plex, Arron Bessant park and hundreds of unique stores and restaurants. Only 1 mile away from Pier Park, this unit is truly in the heart of Panama City Beach!

The Beach Front Oasis easily houses 6 people and is equipped with 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed, to meet everybody's comfort requirements. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. The best feature of The Beach Front Oasis is the massive balcony that can be accessed from the open concept family room as well as the master suite. Here you can sit back and relax, with a margarita in hand, to watch the spectacular sunset along the legendary Emerald Coast.

*Admin charge of $75 is there to cover up to $1500 of property damage. Hence, I have waived mandatory property damage insurance / damage deposit.
*Please note that occupancy is limited to 6 total. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and the building does not cater to spring breakers. *

Great Oceanside location for Family

Our room was spectacular with an amazing view. The balcony had a lot of space for the 4 of us to lounge. The rooms and accommodations were perfect and getting to the pool and beach was easy. This location was great for us and our 2 kids.

Wonderful views!!!

This was our second stay in this condo and it was just as we remembered it! The 22nd floor balcony had very comfortable furniture to relax and listen to the surf or read, or just takes a nap, It also had the mostbreathtaking views of the Gulf sunsets. The weather was not the most cooperative, but we just dressed a little warmer and enjoyed the sights. Everything you could need is at your disposal. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in our home away from home quite a bit. But, we also enjoyed going out. We loved the Wicked Wheel, ask for Jessica if you go. Senor Frogs is a lot of fun and has great food too. We were able to walk to several restaurants. Authentika is great The drinks are amazing and the food is good. Local Steamer is different and very good. Zollo's Pizza is also very good. For Breakfast, The All American diner has good food and a 50's diner vibe. AND I can't forget A'more doughnuts. It is right across the street! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in PCB!!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and even though we had a few snafu's, the owners were great to work with to help iron everything out...even though they were away in another country and opposite time zones!! As always, the views from the balcony are to die for, and the furniture is so comfy (inside and outside) you will not want to leave. Just a wonderful place to chill out and relax!!

PCB paradise

Clean, newly renovated condo was a perfect home for our families last celebration of summer. The kitchen was well stocked with almost all of our cooking needs. The patio was spacious and the views were priceless. From our condo we observed sea turtles, dolphins, rays and manatees during our stay.

The room was nice but there was vomit on the front of the toilet in the master bath and in the guest room the top sheet smelt like vomit and I had to call about getting a second car pass there was only one in the room so when we checked in we had to clean the toilet because they said know one would come until morning to clean it and I had to spend time trying to get a parking pass for the second car it was a little crazy the first few hours we were there

Beautiful property in a great location

This was our second time to stay at this property and we will continue to return to this condo. The owners are fabulous with great communication! The condo itself is beautiful and has lots of basic items in the kitchen, as well as extras! My list of items I have to bring with me has greatly decreased because most of it is there for you to use. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the PCB area!

Awesome Condo

Although the condo was exactly as described, we had an issue one day when we didn't have our orange armband on. We were returning from a day on the beach when we were asked to see our armbands. When I said we forgot them in the room, I was forced to show verification on my phone through an email that I was in fact an actual guest there. Then after that, I was told I still couldn't use the pool till I had the armband on my wrist. I paid a lot of money for this condo rental and I didn't appreciate the implication that I was on property that I shouldn't have been. I mean really how many people just randomly pick a pool to swim in when on vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about this place is wonderful. Great location, amazing views. The condo itself is spacious, well appointed, comfortable and beautiful. Its even nicer than the pictures. Also, the access from the parking garage to the elevator as well as from the condo to the beach makes things so easy. The beach itself is amazing and was never crowded while we were there. We hope we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Spring break

Absolutely beautiful view of the beach, we saw dolphins almost every day. We had an eagle cruise right by us which was awesome, he was so close and of course none of us had a camera! Parking was easy , and we had everything at the rental that we needed. Lots of storage we enjoyed the beach. Definitely will come back!

Great condo in a great location for families!

This property is well-equipped for cooking for beaching. Perfect amenities for my young family of 5. We stayed during a top spring break weekend, and it was still relaxing for adults! Children enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool, which was nice in early March! The condo was clean and well-kept. Can’t beat the view and balcony! Just bring your beach towels and enjoy!

Perfect Beach Condo

Ocean Reef is a property directly on the beach, with both indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, grills and is not next to any of the large hotels, so the beach is not crowded. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as mini golf & go carts. The parking deck is easy access and very short distance to elevators. The view from the 22nd floor is amazing and the patio offered a variety of comfortable seating & lounging options for hours of relaxing. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, etc are a great bonus for spending time on the beach without spending $ on rentals. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, the bathrooms are spacious, the main living area is roomy with ample seating. Cable TV & streaming options were nice to watch at night. The condo was clean and it is very quiet at night for sleeping. We plan to visit this area in the future and hope to stay in this condo again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The deck and the view from the deck are amazing! The rest of the condo was nice. Useful feedback, knock on wood!?! According to my daughter's family, the 2 queens in the guest bedroom could use updating. They claimed they were 'taco' beds, automatically forcing you to the middle. The bed in the primary suite was very comfy. I would recommend a dresser in the primary. It has a 3 door cabinet with 6 shelves that did not pull out. It was very difficult to find your clothes with black insides. The LR furniture was in good shape but we didn't find it overly comfy. Mind you, this is a personal opinion. Others may love it. We stayed here for a month. Those who stay for a week may not experience the same frustrations we did. When we first walked in, everything was lovely, like Pottery Barn lovely! There were so many extra accessories, vases, trays, etc. everywhere. And oh so many pillows! In order for us to use any flat surfaces, we had to move a lot of objects to the floor. In the kitchen, we had to clear a cabinet of glasses (there were a ton of glasses) to the laundry room so we had a place to store our groceries. There was not one empty cabinet in the kitchen. Also, there was not one storage container for leftovers. If you need a clock, bring one. Lastly, if someone states a penthouse condo, I assume top floor. FYI. Not true, top 2-3 floors apply. We really did enjoy our vacation. If our frustrations won't be yours, go for it! 4.3 stars.

We have been coming to Florida to vacation for many years, trying different locations. Then we discovered Panama City Beach. We loved the city, the people, and the beaches that are pristine and goes on endlessly. We rented at the Ocean Reef (the current building) for three years. Each time we enjoyed it so much, we started to talk about purchasing a Condo in PCB. We went around with an agent looking at various buildings in the city. But somehow we kept comparing what we saw against what we knew at the Ocean Reef. More we saw, more we came back to Ocean Reef. We knew we were purchasing the unit to enjoy it ourselves during our retirement. We felt at home at Ocean Reef. The building was not pretentious, yet very functional and of high quality. The parking area was in the building, rather than across the street, the beach was quieter and much less crowded. But most of all, we met a few permanent residents of the building and there was an instant connection.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this Condo for three reasons. First, it has a very rare 10 feet ceiling. A typical condo has 8 feet ceiling. This makes the unit feel very airy and large. Photos do not convey this very well, but you will feel it as soon as you walk into the unit. Second, 10'x30' balcony. This is massive for a Condo. It adds 300 sqft of living space. Third, low-density beach. This Condo is located in the quieter part of the beach, yet very close to all amenities.

If you are looking for a fancy Hotel/Theme Park type of building, this is not it. We have looked at those Condos, but it was always all show and no substance once we walked into the Unit. Low ceiling, small balcony and heavily used. However, if you are looking for more "Home" like feeling, excellent Unit, and white sand beach in a quieter area, this is it!
