Beautiful

The property was as listed. The place was very comfortable and also had amazing views. The amenities were perfect. Could have not wanted for anything else. The owner made a personal visit to deliver champagne and chocolates. A very nice touch.

Amazing view

This place was better than we could have imagine . So roomy. The place is fantastic and had all of our needs met . The whole family enjoyed the stay and all the views were incredible. So much things to do nearby even things for walking distance like the waterpark across the street was fun!!! The host are amazing and always was there. We needed them to be.. Would recommend this place to anybody and hopefully can come back next summer !!!!

Family Vacation 2023

We had an amazing stay! The views are beautiful, beds so comfy, kitchen well stocked. It’s hard to find a place that would fit our large families needs and this location more than met our requirements! The location is within walking distance to great food, fun water park and shopping for souvenirs for the kids.

Beautiful, but....

While this condo was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, I would be remiss if I did not warn others about the literal headache we experienced during our spring break stay. We had hoped to spend five nights unwinding with our kids and their friends, but we woke up on the first morning to the sounds of saws, hammering, and buzzing.I called Newman-Dailey about what sounded like construction next door and was told they would contact the HOA and get back to me. However, I never heard back from the leasing company, and the construction continued until 3 pm. I understand that property owners need to renovate, and I do not hold that against them. However, I do take issue with the leasing company’s lack of communication.For five days, every day from 9 a.m. until 3–4 p.m., we endured the constant noise of saws, hammering, and buzzing. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting a condo in this complex to inquire about ongoing construction before spending 5,000 on a stay. You will not be informed about the construction in advance, nor will you receive any reimbursement for the "headache".

Great Property for Family

Thanksgiving gathering with immediate family only during Covid. Great new way to escape for Thanksgiving! We all Enjoyed the condo ... great views and tons of room ... good supplies in kitchen for our feast!

Great Views

We went for Christmas. Accommodations were very nice for our family of six. The condo building was not too full that week, so being on a high floor, was not an issue for the elevator. It was easy to cook in the condo, but eating out is a good option with some great places close by.

Spring break stay

We had a wonderful time. The condo was much larger than expected with plenty of room for a family. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. I even took a video of dolphins, sharks, and stingrays in one shot. The amenities were wonderful. Having chairs and umbrellas ready for us was a much appreciated bonus. We hope to return again.

Lots of space and amazing view

Our 3 couple group enjoyed the extra space of condo 1950. The view from balcony offered amazing sunsets. We vacation in Destin once or twice a year. What we missed was being close to the sites and sounds of the beach. The 19th floor was a bit to high and the uncovered deck hot for the majority of the day. It would be nice to update the bedroom furniture and bathroom fixtures to be more ‘penthouse’ quality. But in general it met our needs. The extra security on the top floor was appreciated.

Great family trip

The condo was ready on time, reserved parking right up front with 2 spots,, almost all other units only have one. Condo was even bigger and nicer than expected, the views were absolutely incredible. Plenty of well stocked cabinets in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the couches were comfortable as well, especially after a day of walking the white sand beaches and sipping cocktails.

Enjoyable despite the weather

No one can control the weather, but the property was just as inviting. The ease of access allowed us to run down any time the sun was shining. I enjoyed having access to a gym and a pool as well.

Bring just your toothbrush

Absolutely gorgeous, and happened to meet the owner and she is delightful. It was the coldest day in record in Destin;however, we had plenty to do. Books! Real books, hooks, towels, welcome package with items needed for kitchen & laundry. Did I mention the books, I’m an absolute bed snob and I own it. The master bedroom bed equals that if any Conrad Hilton hotel. Absolute decadence, oh and the chocolate💗 I was a little nervous about the elevator code mentioned in another review; however, it was absolutely seamless. Would definitely rent again perhaps this time when weather is hovering around the 80’s Great place to cry

Beautiful Condo, Even better view

The condo was very spacious and exceeded my expectations. The view of the gulf was breathtaking. Only set back is access to the penthouse floor is limited and I was not given that info until after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. (Emergency hotline is a waste of time) The elevator code needs to be shared via email with the gate code. Also two of the televisions had hdmi cords that needed to be plugged in again in order to work. Otherwise, it was a great stay, would love to return.

Amazing Penthouse

Beautiful property with easy check in process. Right on the beach with a pool on property. Only disappointment was we specifically booked this property because it said it had a hot tub, but the hot tub was not functioning when we arrived. It would have been nice to know that when booking.
