A Wonderful holiday for both parents and children

Ko Olina Beach Villas have an excellent and high quality layout and amenities and is a perfect location for a holiday. Our family consists of 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone was happy. The villa was spacious including the 2 bathrooms, the views from the kitchen and balcony were amazing with awesome sunsets every night, the gym facility was extremely well equipped, the 2 swimming pools and 3 spas provided both tranquility if you needed or fun for the kids, the short stroll to the lagoon was perfect. If you didn't want to cook or wanted to buy groceries, it is a very easy, flat 10 minute walk to the shops where they have ice-cream, sushi, pizza, Chinese and modern restaurants and an ABC Store. The people who live and work in the complex are all very lovely and friendly and gave us some excellent history and snorkelling information. Before we came to Ko Olina we stayed in Waikiki for 8 nights which was exciting, lots of things to do and people to see. Ko Olina is the complete opposite where there are no crowds, pace is slower and quieter which is what we wanted and needed. All our communications and payments etc were done via the Homeaway.com.au website to Rick and the Realty group working on behalf of the owner. It was very easy, secure and all responses were quick and recorded in the system. Mahalo Ko Olina. We will be back and recommend you to all our friends.

Best Family Stay EVER

The location was excellent. The lagoon was perfect for the young kids. We were able to drive very short distance to get to fun activities. INCREDIBLE!

Amazing place!

We were a family of four, visiting for a wedding. The apartment provided us with plenty of space and had all the supplies we needed. It was quiet and safe, an easy stroll down to the lagoon, and an easy walk to next door Aulani. Loved our balcony! You will probably want to rent a car. Uber prices from the airport vary from 60 to over 100. Renting a car was much less expensive per day than using Uber if you’re not planning to just stay put on the beach. It’s about a mile walk to the ABC store, which is the closest grocery.

Simply the Best!

Amazing condo with all the amenities of an hotel without the hoopla. We simply loved this condo and the location. Upon entering into the condo we were greatly surprised by the cleanliness of the unit, amazing kitchen and best views ever of the ocean. Wow! The only issue we had was of having to leave. We could've spent an entire month here. The proerty manger and owners were great to resound and great to work with. We are already checking on availability for next year. So amazing!

Above and Beyond Condo!

My family (five adults and one 3-yr-old) were so impressed by the Beach Villas but specifically this condo! The unit was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities in the kitchen we could want! We thoroughly enjoyed the closet full of beach supplies and kid amenities (two umbrellas, multiple beach chairs, noodles, inflatable water loungers, sand toys, pack-and-play, high chair, and an umbrella stroller). The two lanais had gorgeous views that we lived on--there's just something about sipping coffee watching the beach wake up or watching football with a view of the ocean that just says vacation for me! The Beach Resort itself was also the perfect place to stay for our group with such fun daily koi fish feeding, two beautiful pools, a beach bar, restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful spaces for lounging and playing. Can't wait to come back!

Great location!

We have been to this complex several times. First time staying in this suite. It had a couple minor maintenance issues. Property management responded as needed. Amazing views of the ocean and the pool area. The cove is the perfect place to swim and enjoy the sun! Great place for family and friends.

Wonderful visit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful property, the beach was pristine and not crowded like the other lagoons around us, and the property management was attentive and quick to respond to our needs and requests. The parking space requires to be used is quite far from the elevator you can use to get up to your room, but other than that we had a great stay.

Great location, view & atmosphere

It was my husband’s and children's first trip to Hawaii and decided to make Oahu our home. I came across Ko Olina in my research and we will only stay there! The area with the lagoons and shops and other hotels was the perfect roaming spot for all ages. The unit’s view is breathtaking! Watching the sunset every night was the perfect ending to each day. Inside the unit is as shows in the pictures. The couch is very comfortable. The bedrooms are smaller in size so floor space for suitcases is limited. The master bedroom closet is full of equipment so not a spot to put clothes. The bathrooms are very well appointed and spacious. I have determine that comfortable lanai furniture is the only way to go; having spent morning, noon & night out there. As mentioned, if we decide to come back to Oahu, Ko Olina is where we will stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing views!

We loved this place! The large deck was THE place to hang out, the big kitchen was perfect for family and we so enjoyed the pools, the location, and did I mention the views? Would absolutely recommend this property!

Rough start, strong finish

The initial checkin did not happen until 6:30pm when we arrived at 5pm. There were only 3 glasses and 5 plates, no dish towels, 1 partial roll of paper towels, and no dish soap. Also the dishwasher was clogged, and did not work. We got these rectified, but we have stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and the attention to minor issues was poor. Once communicated they were fixed but it started our 10 day trip off to a rough start.

We had our first getaway in over two years and this was the perfect place to do it! Beautiful setting, fantastic location and can't say enough about the condo and the property. Everything was just wonderful. Perfect for our family. Can't wait to go back.

Wheelchair travel friendly

Open spaces, functional and very well equipped. Views to the beach are great, the resort has great access for wheelchair, including a pool lift seat. The only thing we needed and asked was a seat. For the shower. Definitely we recommend this villa MAHALO !

Will never stay anywhere else!

This was the most perfect place to stay! So amazing, gorgeous views, amazing pools, and beach front access! The lagoon is never busy like the Disney/four seasons lagoon and it almost feel private! There were times we were almost the only ones on the beach! Even saw a seal on shore one day which made the kids’ day. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Great location and unit for young families. Very safe and clean

We have a young family (kids range from 8-2 yrs) and found this property to be very safe and clean. The lagoons are very beautiful and have little to no surf so very safe for young ones. The two pools in the property are lovely. One is a quiet pool and the other is for everyone. It also has two hot tubs which was nice to have. This particular unit had very nice views and was very clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and had nice appliances. There are a lot of units in the complex so if you are in the tower, you do see all the other units ( some facing you and others not). You can see this in the photos posted. The area is a good 25 minutes from Waikiki so I definitely recommend a car. Over all the property and unit were lovely. They are definitely posted as is. However, I did find the area of Ko Olina a bit boring after a couple of days. There are other beaches outside Ko Olina but you need a car. We found the North shore ( 40-50 min drive away) amazing and worth the visit.

KoOlina a great place to stay

This is a very nice condo with two balconies and wonderful ocean views. I came with grandchildren and there was plenty of room for everyone, and it was family friendly. They enjoyed the lagoon pool, swimming in the cove and feeding koi in the morning. The shopping and restaurants are close by, and visiting Honolulu took only around 45 minutes. We prefer being away from all the traffic and noise of the city. Highly recommend, we plan to visit again!

Filthy!

I definitely would not stay here again. The only good thing about this unit is the location and the views. The unit was not clean, there were dirt marks ALL over the whole unit including filthy baseboards, dirty light switches, dirty carpets, dirty tv, I can keep going. The sheets were like paper, which is ridiculous considering what you pay for the week. We had wires hanging from the ceiling in the spare room where the smoke detector should’ve been connected. The vacuum for the unit was held together with black electrical tape. The washer and dryer hardly worked. We actually had to wash the small loads twice sometimes three times and hand to hang dry since dryer was not working properly. We also found someone else’s sock from a previous stay in our sheets that were on our bed!!!! Absolutely horrible stay and the owner basically did nothing. For what you spend on this unit for cleaning it should look immaculate! I viewed other units while I was there and they were immaculate! All I can say is don’t waste your money here because you won’t be happy! I can keep on going about all the negatives but I don’t have enough space...save your money and go elsewhere!

The best place to stay in Oahu

My family and I love the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. This is our second year of staying here and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The room had everything we needed and then some. It’s so easy to cook for yourselves and save some money. It’s a short distance to anything you want to do. But far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle. We will stay here again

Perfect place for a family of 5

The villa was perfect for our family of 5. There is a Costco nearby so we were able to stock up on food and enjoy breakfasts on the Lanai each morning. This beachfront property has a quiet lagoon where our kids swam with fish and saw sea turtles. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Oahu!
