Extremely disappointed
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We didn't stay even 30 minutes in the property. Steep staircases to carry luggage up to the room. No air conditioning. 70's furnishings, sloped balcony. As soon as entered ants through kitchen. Morning prior to leaving Sydney received call from your office that previous guest left port a cot. I advised we're not due to arrive 2-4PM and ensure item collected prior to our arrival. 10 minutes on arriving to apartment, knock on door by man with no ID to collect port a cot.Your office had the keys prior to our arrival. My son didn't feel safe with unkown person arriving.We left apartment on day of arrival and returned the keys. No phone call from Winnings Holiday office to ask why.I prebooked 2 months in advance and for initial deposit and final payment I had to call as not even an even email sent to confirm my booking.This should have been my first indicator how unprofessional your businesses service operates.This was to be first holiday in 12 months, 5 night holiday for my son and I.I require response within 24hrs of this review, before I initiate dispute process for full refund (deposited back to my bank account).
