This well-maintained 3BR ranch style home sits on a beautiful landscaped corner lot in a very desirable location of South Yarmouth. Cape Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Mid-Cape rental, perfect for a couple or family (we had 6 guests)! The backyard is private and perfect for grilling, dining and relaxing. Inside there was plenty of couch space and dining space for our family. Our 7-year old loved the small air hockey game in the basement and the decor is peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The kids loved the "bunk room" at the end of the hall while we enjoyed having enough space for our family to relax. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood and central for all things "Cape". Very nice - would definitely rent again. In response to other reviews-we found recycling pickup was Thursday and trash pickup was Friday. ;)

Cape cods hidden gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year coming back to this house. We love everything about it. The only thing I would say is to fix is the paper about the trash/recycling pick up days needs to be clearer on what day is what. We hope they family will keep renting it out. We have been very fortunate to find this gem. We are already looking into next year visit.

Cape Cod vacation to the Beach

The house was great. The location was Ok but far from any beach in the middle of South Yarmouth. You had to drive and pay daily for parking $30 dollars daily. We only had Wifi and Cable until Monday of the vacation. Hard on the kids at night. My kids said it was because the cable bill wasn't paid. I called the 2x with out responds. after the first attempt to get it fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting 101 Phyllis and we couldn’t be happier. The home is fully stocked with more than the amenities we need for an amazing and comfortable vacation. My family and I enjoyed everything about this home and even the rafter of turkeys that saunter by the property each evening. The location is central to all we do (beach, shopping and dining out) as well as close to Routes 6 & 28 and is located in a friendly/quiet neighborhood. Everything we need for a relaxing vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the home was as described! However, We noticed a strong mildew smell from the basement. We need to use dryer in the basement as the one on the stackable did not work. My grandchildren wanted to use ping pong game in the basement but I was concerned about the air quality. When we arrived the trash was full and out at the curb. It was not picked up all week and several times we had to clean up after animals tearing through the trash.

Great place for a family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had many excellent features that made for a comfortable and relaxing time on the Cape! The rooms are spacious, the bunk beds were great for multiple kids, and the backyard space was ideal for daytime and evening hangouts (patio furniture, fire pit, covered sitting area). The kitchen had all the essentials you would need to cook, and the living room/dining areas were spacious enough for a group. We did have an issue when we arrived with the trash overflowing and spilled into the driveway, which the property management addressed right away. The information and communication around trash pickup was confusing, as the posted days/times varied throughout the house and the information packet, and nothing was picked up either day that was mentioned. Another piece of information that was not mentioned in the house packet was that the dryer attached to the washing machine was out of order. There was a working dryer in the basement that we found by exploring, but it would have been nice to have that detailed for us. Additionally, while it was not a big deal, the grass had grown quite high and it would have been nice for it to be cut to allow for more playing in the front yard in particular. Overall we had a great stay, and would recommend!

Broken Down House/Unresponsive Realty Company

We were disappointed upon arriving at the property. The yard was very overgrown which just made it look rundown. The house itself was generally clean, but doors were falling off and generally not kept up. The kitchen had no utensils. Thank goodness I bring knives and spatulas and cutting boards anyway, but we had to go out and buy a can opener and a few other things. The ice maker was broken so we had to buy a few bags of ice every day. The kitchen pics are so deceiving, obviously were those wide angle used when selling a house and they used those for VRBO. Literally the only counter space is taken up by a full electric stove. There was no cabinet space in the kitchen so the counters we did have were full of everything we brought and food. The internet did not work, the air conditioning broke while we were there. We could have gotten over all of that stuff (and we did), but the realty company was horrific at communicating. We called them on the first day about the internet. Two days later we called them again, they still had to answer, called again two days later and some other guy answer and actually called the owner which should have been done on day one. When we called about the air conditioner, they said they would call us back and never did. Called the next day, no call back. Called the next day, they had scheduled someone to go fix it but never told us. Two guys came out and days apart and eventually fixed it, but on the last day and no one ever called to tell us it was fixed. Anyhow, would never rent again and honestly think we deserve money back. Wayyyyy to expensive for what it was and the neighborhood is a little trashy.
