Absolutely amazing accommodation, the views were incredible. Very clean and well put together property, definitely highly recommend. Easy communication. 5star in my eyes. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We love the place to stay. We the week that we stayed in as it is closed by to the bay and the sea and also to aminities and restaurants. We definitely will come back on this place if we ever come for holiday in Perth WA again. My husband was so relaxed to that apartment in Sanctuary. I would definitely refer to other people this place to stay.
I was on a travelling Golf trip with a couple of mates and this apartment suited us to the Tee. Had great ammenities and all the mod cons, with comfortable beds and close to many shops, Cafe, restaurants and Pubs this was the best opportion by far. The fee for 2 nights was extremely reasonable and the Apartment's Manager Clare was professional and timely with all comms

Short Visit to Mandurah
We had a couple of days to spare before our actual meeting in Perth City, so we chose to stay at Mandurah, and this estuary water front apt became our choice.
The price was reasonable and the state of the place reflected that price point. Claire was a no nonsense host that updated us on the highly secured apartment with several codes to remember so as to get into the house.
Place was sufficiently furnished. Bed was soft though, perhaps getting old. Back patio was strewn with twigs and pebbles and dust, probably haven't been kept for some time.
Toilet roll was only left with half and no more was in sight. Same goes for the kitchen napkin-towels. But no issues here, we went out to buy.
Generally a good location facing the estuary with am and pm birds coming to visit.

The unit was clean and a good size for our family of four. Clare was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions in relation to checking in and accessing the property. A good range of basic amenities were available and much appreciated. My only improvement would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thank you for having us!
Neat and clean, comfortably situated and nice view. Everything supplied that we needed. Would recommend. A little smaller than photos appear, but really don't need more for holidays.
Relaxing place on waterfront, right near walking path, nature and jetty. Excellent for a holiday where you are wanting peace and quiet amongst nature, and away from the hustle and bustle. Host easy to communicate with.
Very enjoyable stay - great quiet location close to shops. Loved going for walks along the estuary. Property is well stocked and very tidy! Communication with host was excellent!
Clean well located unit in Falcon with beautiful waterviews. Shops and eateries close by. Good wifi. Claire communicated frequently with us and gave clear instructions. Having 3 keypads for entry was a little fiddly but not a big deal. Would be happy to rebook if in the area again.

Having to remember codes to access the property each time was a nuisance - instead of a key, or card.
The cutlery and crockery and glassware was really unclean.
The air conditioning was good in the living areas, but the pedastal fans in the bedrooms was really bad. In fact, one of them was unsafe to use... it kept falling over :(
