*All boat slips are leased by condo unit owners and are not available to guests. Delavan Lake Resort does not provide docks, boat launches, or boat parking. Please call Delavan Community Park at (262) 740-2335 for information regarding the public boat launch.

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Restaurants:
Our suite is one block from The Village Super Club (lakefront dinning) featuring unusual relish table items and Friday fish fry. You are also 2 blocks from Tana’s Family Restaurant, a small local favorite. In Delavan, there is Elizabeth’s Café, another local hangout with a great fish fry. The Duck Inn also offers a unique experience. Daddy Maxwell’s, Mars Resort (Lake Como), Gordy’s Boat House (burgers & fish fry), Sweet Aroma Ristorante, and Moy’s Chinese, are all favorites of ours. All are casual dress. JoJo’s Pizza is a few minutes away and delivers to the resort. Elegant Farmer has a deli and is famous for their pies that are baked in a Bag.

Other Activities:
Lake Geneva (10 minutes away) has clubs for those who like the nightlife, shopping , antiquing, beach, and hanging out.

Both Lake Delavan and Lake Geneva offer boat rentals, lake boat tours, guided and non guided fishing, and boat launches. There are also jet-ski rentals, kayaking, parasailing and horseback riding.
