About this property

Our apartment of about 60 square meters has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), a living room with a bed for the 3rd and 4th Person in a bunk bed (visually separated by a curtain), fully equipped kitchen with electric stove incl. Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc., a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway with cloakroom. SAT-TV and radio / CD and free Wi-Fi are of course also available.

Family friendly device, a changing table, a baby travel cot and high chair is available or made available on request. Towels, sheets and Geschirrspültücher are provided.

The apartment has a separate entrance, a parking space is available in front of the house. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger outside. For hikers hiking suggestions to be kept.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Ein sehr schöner Wochendtrip. Sehr ruhig, viel gewandert. Rundum alles Bestens.

Mooie herfstwandelingen vanuit dit verzorgd vakantiehuisje

Alles is aanwezig tot en met de boterhamdozen en mooie boeken over de regio. Map met wandelingen die allemaal voorbij het huisje komen. Vanuit de keuken zicht op de achtertuin, heerlijk voor het ontbijt. Op 15 minuten wandelen een supermarktje met ook lokale specialiteiten en 2 restaurants.

Eifel 24

Wir hatten - trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters - sehr schöne Tage in der Eifel. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Fewo liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen: Wanderung im Hohen Venn, Aachen, Borussia Park - alle Ziele waren gut erreichbar. Wir können die Fewo in Kaltenherberg sehr empfehlen.

Zugast in Kalterherberg- Eifel

Auch das Wetter! Aber das konnte auch der Gastgeber nicht beeinflussen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hätte gern mal Frühstück im schönen Garten gemacht. Haben uns Monschau und Umgebung angeschaut- was wir auch jedem empfehlen können.

Großzügige Wohnung, nette Gastgeber

Zwar waren wir nur 3 Nächte in der Wohnung, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügige Räume und gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Wandertipps gegeben.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Hohes Venn und Nationalpark Eifel

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kalterherberg hat eine gute Infrastruktur mit Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria und Gastwirtschaft. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radfahrten ins hohe Venn und den Nationalpark Eifel. Gerne wieder!

Eifelwochenende

Gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einer freundlichen Vermieterin. Es stand uns viel Informationsmaterial über die Umgebung zur Verfügung, sogar eigene, von den Vermietern ausgearbeitete Touren fanden wir in der Infomappe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch viele Ideen für Ausflugsziele waren vorhanden, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht, bis aufs letzte Detail toll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr offen und freundlich, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Zeer goed

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en een prachtige omgeving. Je stapt je deur uit en hebt meteen veel wandelmogelijkheden. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en was zeer schoon en comfortabel. De bedkussens vonden wij wat minder, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. Wij waren vroeg op de dag al ter plekke, om bv de omgeving al te kunnen bekijken, maar het was geen enkel probleem om al eerder in te checken. Onze e-reader bleek na vertrek nog in een lade te liggen, maar voordat wij hem gemist hadden, had de eigenaresse al contact met ons opgenomen en hem nagestuurd. Beide punten zeer goede service!
