Our home is ideally located within a 5 min. walk to UC Berkeley, Gourmet Ghetto restaurants, Chez Panisse & Rose Garden. Home accommodates 6 people comfortably. Public transport is easily accessible via bus stop (1 min walk) or BART (15 min walk/5 min drive)

The house has an open floor plan, newly remodeled kitchen, & vaulted ceilings. The kitchen opens onto a beautiful deck (with gas grill and patio seating) and garden area with mature fruit trees. The living room, office, dining area, kitchen and deck all enjoy excellent views of SF Bay, the GG Bridge and San Francisco skyline. The main bedroom has a king size bed and its own newly remodeled small full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed & the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed that expands into two individual twins or one king. Bedroom 2&3 share a large, newly remodeled full bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. There is a lovely office/sunroom next to the living room.
