Back on the Rental Market! 2 Story Luxury Penthouse w/3 Oceanfront Bedrooms!

We would like to be the first to welcome you to our little piece of paradise in North Myrtle Beach. Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath two story penthouse is THE place to stay for luxury, convenience & ultimate relaxation. Our penthouse is in the perfect location to access all the many attractions that North Myrtle Beach has to offer & is less than 1 mile from Barefoot Landing!

Our unit is located on the 7th floor & is the 1st unit to the left as you exit the elevator for maximum convenience. We will provide you with an electronic key code to enter the penthouse so you won't have to go through a lengthy check in process & you will have flexibility in your check in & out times. There is also plenty of covered & non-covered parking provided.

As you enter the penthouse you will be in awe of the gorgeous spiral staircase & upscale furnishings. At over 2200 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out & relax.

We have an open living room/dining room combination. A 60" flat screen TV with Cable, DVD player & Firestick for streaming apps. Free WiFi is provided! We have a DVD library for you to enjoy with movies suitable for all ages. Toys, board games & cards will keep the young & young at heart occupied for hours in case of a rainy day. Sit down & enjoy a meal while looking out at the ocean in the dining room with comfortable seating for 8. There are unbelievable ocean views & comfortable seating on the balcony which spans the length of the penthouse & can be accessed from the living or dining room.

A media room which can also be used as a 4th bedroom is located on the main floor. It boasts a 50" flat screen TV with a queen sleeper sofa that has a brand new memory foam mattress!!

Our kitchen is equipped with granite countertops & extremely high end stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove, double oven, toaster & dishwasher. To help you get up & moving in the mornings we offer a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig so don't forget your K cups!! If you enjoy cooking we have a fully stocked kitchen with everything from a George Foreman grill, crock pot, baking sheets, blender & many utensils. We also have a selection of utensils just for children so they won't feel left out. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 that overlooks the ocean with a private balcony & bistro set, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. A half bath finishes off the main living area.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a true retreat. Our king size bed with luxury linens will have you enjoying a peaceful nights rest as soon as your head hits the pillow and you hear the sound of crashing waves. There is a double closet, sitting area & private bar with mini fridge. There is access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. A 60" flat screen TV with DVD player is also provided for your enjoyment. You will feel like you are stepping into a spa when you enter the adjoining master bathroom with an oversized jetted tub, separate tiled shower, & double vanity with marble counter tops. We have supplied plenty of towels & luxury soap, shampoo & lotion for your enjoyment. A washer & dryer is also available right outside the master bedroom for your convenience with a starter supply of detergent & dryer sheets.

The 1st guest bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxury mattress & linens, electric fireplace & 55" flat screen TV to make it a true private oasis. It also has a private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. You will wake up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean as this bedroom also has access to the balcony.

The 2nd guest bedroom also has a new luxury memory foam mattress with 600 TC linens. A 50" flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination & private balcony with bistro set make this bedroom a true private oasis.

Rainy day or too cold for the ocean? We have you covered with a heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub!! Sea Winds also has an oceanfront sundeck, designated grassy area with grills and direct access to the beach!!

We truly want you to feel at home whether its taking in one of the many activities that North Myrtle Beach has to offer or just relaxing taking in all the amenities our penthouse has to offer. We have designed our penthouse with you in mind & hope that it will be a vacation home your family and friends can enjoy & create memories in for years to come!

This place was incredible. Unbeatable ocean views, super clean, kitchen and beach gear with everything we needed including fun kid stuff, multiple balconies, indoor pool was always empty, and both our young kids SLEPT great. Couldn't have had a better time!

Great family getaway!

The 3 large bedrooms all with en-suites were great for getting our family together! Having balconies facing the ocean off every room was also fantastic. Fabulous!!

We just returned from our trip to North Myrtle Beach and we stayed in this gorgeous penthouse. The décor was beautiful and stylish. All the furniture, bedding, and appliances were top notch and made with excellent quality. Management was super attentive and great to work with. We enjoyed our family celebration at this Beautiful Penthouse.

The Penthouse was beautiful and very toddler/kid friendly. We we having a 2nd Birthday/Family celebration for my grandaughter. It was convenient to everything. Our 2 yr old granddaughter loved the visit at Alligator Adventure with all the animals. It was less than 5 minutes away. She also enjoyed the indoor pool and toys at the Penthouse. My husband's oncology appt. didn't go too well yesterday and he starts a new stronger chemo in 2 weeks so we are thankful for the memories that we were able to make there. The owner Amy was great we quick responses and very happy. I was disappointed when I got a last minute text to let us know that our late check out was no longer available because they had rented the penthouse overnight. We had to scramble to pack and leave before the cleaning people got there. I had confirmed a late check out again on Sat. And was told that we had all day because the cleaning people didnt work on Sundays unless they had to and it wasn't rented but it got rented overnight apparently. That may have been our last family Vacation to make memories. That was very disappointing but the accommodations were beautiful and communication was great until the last night. We lost an hour too because it was day light savings time. I would definitely recommend this beautiful Penthouse but don't count on a late check out. We had planned our last day there based on late check out due to weather and my husbands health issues.

Very Nice Condo - Highly recommend

We really enjoyed the condo and the owner, Amber, was very helpful. We had some trouble connecting to the WiFi and she responded to our text within a few minutes...they had a new internet provider - great speed and no issues once we had the correct login. Plenty of room, great view and amenities. Everything was clean and well cared for...we would definitely stay here again!

Our big celebration!

This condo is beautiful! We chose it to celebrate our 25th anniversary, my parents 47th anniversary and our youngest son's 19th birthday and this condo did not disappoint! We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The 3 oceanfront bedrooms are the best! Amber is wonderful and very quick to respond. We had a fantastic time in this beautiful unit!

The location was great! The unit was very spacious and updated. The huge balconies were used by our family every single day! It was a quiet, family friendly place to stay. Beautiful!

My family enjoyed our week in the penthouse. It was spacious and had room for everyone. The deck furniture is wonderful and relaxing. The ocean view was just what we were looking for. I loved having the beverage refrigerator in addition to a very large one. The kitchen is awesome, we ate in the entire week. The table seats 8 and was a great bonding time for us. My son loved the media room. The walk to the beach is very short. They have extra chairs and sand toys so less to pack! The Wifi is not strong and the bedroom TV's are challenging to navigate. We plan to stay here again in the future, great choice!

Great Owner and Great Condo With Caveats

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and the location is great! Also, Amber is a joy to work with and very responsive. Additionally, the condo is outfitted in every room with a TV for the kiddos, which comes in handy. However, the Tv in one of the rooms did not work while we were there (no biggee). Also, One of the days it rained and there were multiple leaks through the skylights and in through one of the sliding glass doors...and when I say leaks, I mean leak like a sieve (this was a bummer and I kinda felt like I was in an episode of "Gilligan's Island"). Additionally, we killed 2 very large cockroaches in the main living areas during our stay (can be expected at a condo at the beach, but I haven't encountered this problem at other condos of a similar price point). Last thing. The property managers at the property don't seem to maintain the grounds that regularly. Someone dropped multiple parts of a sticky fruit near the entrance and parts of that fruit lasted around the entrance for days. The unfortunate thing is that probably all of the things, other than the TV not working, that I have mentioned are probably building maintenance issues and no fault of the owner who as I mentioned, was GREAT to work with. I would still give the property 4 stars and will not hesitate to visit again.

Diva's Marathon Trip

Several of my friends came to Myrtle Beach to run the Diva's Half Marathon. From the beginning of the experience to the very end, it was completely phenomenal. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience exceeds my expectations. This trip did that and more. The penthouse was beautiful, spacious, accommodating and very comfortable. The best part was that Amber was very responsive and incredibly sweet. It feels great to know that if there are issues, she is there to answer questions and is very interested in your comfort. The home was simply amazing!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo! We thought the location was wonderful and we enjoyed exploring Myrtle Beach! We found the condo to have most of what we needed, but the kitchen could use more than one dish towel, a set of measuring cups/spoons, and a complete pan set with solid non-venting lids. But overall, it is an ideal location with more than enough seating and gorgeous views from almost every room. We would definitely return if we wanted to visit Myrtle Beach. Thank you to the owners for the wonderful hospitality and communication!

Beautiful Amazing Penthouse on Beach

We spent a week with our daughter and her husband and her one year old baby. This was the nicest place I have stayed at. The Penthouse was on the top floor with a balcony with every bedroom and amazing views of the beach. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The Penthouse had everything for our 1 year old grandson including a high chair, toys for him to play with and dishware for tolders. The beds were amazing and so comfortable. We would love to come back. We loved that it was such a short walk to the beach. This is a 2 story with all 3 bedrooms upstairs which was nice to have two living spaces and it was very quiet. We want to come back we so enjoyed our stay!!!!!! The rental felt like we were staying at someone's house it is not the typical rental. It is very nice!!!

Great weekend at luxurious, spacious penthouse

Many beautiful details including marble floors, granite counter tops, and plush carpet. Wonderful views from balconies on both levels. Really liked having access to two refrigerators. Also included many kitchenware items. More than enough space for 6 adults, and there were plenty of amenities for children. Exceptionally quick response and attention from owners. As with many rentals, there is some "loved" areas, but would definitely stay again.

Just what the doctor (PhD ;-) ) ordered

This place was a very nice rental property, so glad we choose this to celebrate my promotion to tenured full professor. The beds are incredibly comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook all day, everyday (but not sure why you would)! Also 2 fridges made it nice for soda and adult beverages to be kept separate from foodstuff. Playroom was an awesome surprise and well used. We LOVED the decks and used them early and late everyday when not on the beach or out to eat. For sure NOT the owner's fault but October seems to be a busy fishing season in front of the property...several fisherman staying across the street would walk through or drive and park at the property and fish--pretty much all day. My hubby actually stepped on hooks that worked way loose from fishing line AND he was playing with grand daughter in low tide. Minor injury all things considered, but when he took it out of his foot and returned to the fisherman, all he got was an attitude. Even when we (4 adults and a 5 year old) were playing in the waves with boogie board and making shoreline sandcastles, they came and set up and fished in front of AND around us (including at least one fisherman staying at the property)....We had to leave the water and move our play area several times. Next time we will need to stay when it is NOT all day fishing season! Otherwise FANTASTIC accommodations, pool, and beach.

Relaxing beauty, fantastic retreat, perfect views!

Enjoy long walks on the beach? Enjoy feeling pampered and relaxed? This is the spot for you! We came with an 89 yr. old and two teens with autism. This spacious, beautifully decorated "home" afforded us space and ocean views that met all our needs. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Everyone felt special! We saw ospreys, pelicans and dolphins without even going outside. Lovely soft sand! Walking to the right there was an pond/water outlet affording Minnow and crab fun. Easy access to banana boat rides. Barefoot Landing, only a mile away was great shopping, restaurant and entertainment fun. We'd love to return! Beautiful condo!

We have been married for 21 yrs & have 3 beautiful children: Owen (12), Olive Jean (10) & Oak (4). Joe owns his own engineering & land surveying business & Amber is a Physician Assistant and homeschool mom. On the side, we own & manage 3 other vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

We both spent a lot of time in Myrtle Beach growing up & it has been a dream of ours for many years to own a place here that we can share with others but also enjoy as a family. Our children love the ocean and all the activities that MB has to offer. We hope they will have wonderful memories of the beach just like we have.

What makes this property unique

We knew this was the condo for us because in all of our vacationing & real estate endeavors, we have never seen a place quite like this. Where else can you stay & have 3 oceanfront bedrooms with their own bathroom & balcony?? We used to fight over who would get the oceanfront bedroom & now we don't have too! The custom finishes & upgrades, prime location & quiet safe neighborhood make this a true, one of a kind penthouse.
