We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was nice and the people were friendly. The home owner was easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. I was immediately impressed by how well maintained the home is. Although we had an unpredictable maintenance issue come up during our stay, the property manager was quick to respond and had it fixed the same day. The house is in an excellent location that is close to I-4 for easy access to all of Disney's parks as well as many other attractions. I highly recommend this property!
The experience was amazing here... Quiet neighborhood, very nice and spacious bedrooms, beautifully decorated home, swimmingpool and jacuzzi in the backyard... Really felt good being there, would recommend it 100%...
We booked this home as a last minute trip to the area and were looking for a family-friendly house with a private pool. The home suited our needs just fine for two adults & two children, 7 & 5. Very budget friendly, updated with newer decor, option for a BBQ grill, and stocked with all supplies one would need for a weeks stay. We easily could have had another family of 4 stay with us comfortably.
Sharon is an excellent host. While we didn’t have an opportunity to meet her during our stay, she was very responsive via email with any questions we had and made the process extremely easy. We would definitely stay at one of her properties again if visiting the area.
We were a group of 6 adults in town for our daughter’s college dance nationals competition. Home was beautiful and clean - identical to pictures! We had a small issue with the master bed and pool heat upon arrival however owner was extremely quick to respond and repair. We learned jets must be on constantly for about 2 hours prior to using for max heat when outside temps are in the 50’s-60’s. After learning that, we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool - definitely hit the spot! Property is about 25 minutes from Disney and there’s a lot of restaurants and things to do in a 10 minute vicinity. Must visit the Crazy Crab! The outside look is deceiving as it’s tucked away in a mini-mall but the seafood boil in a bag is to die for!! All in all, we would absolutely return to this location in the future!
Beautiful property and house has lots of amenities to make the stay great. Pool and hot tub are excellent with nice lounging chairs and dining set.
Location is within a quiet gated community yet close to shopping and theme parks. Traffic was pretty high in the areas due to lots of construction on roadways. Tons of towels for bathrooms and pool use. Ice maker in the fridge is very convenient. BBQ available for use upon request. Lots of TVs throughout the home in various lounging areas and bedrooms. Beds were very comfy.

House was great with the exception of the outdoor buzzer. It was apparently broke and buzzed at us every time we opened the back patio to come in, which made our nighttime outdoor pool stay impossible for those that wanted to sleep. It was extremely loud and I found that the pool alarm was not timed well, I think it was excessive, it honestly hurt my ears.
I did not call for repair because I did not have time to wait for a repairman and did not want that burden during my stay.
House was clean and well stocked with basic home necessities. Beds were very comfortable, and the Keurig was a nice touch. Saves me from having to bring mine.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was the perfect size for our party of be 8. Two bedrooms with ensuites for the two sets of adults, and two bedrooms that 4 kids shared with their own beds and plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after long days at the theme parks.
From a location standpoint, it was pretty easy to get to the parks everyday. Traffic in the immediate area was pretty heavy at times, and frustrating to sit at stop lights for 15+ minutes. Lack of infrastructure growth as the population has grown..
Some feedback for improvements...
1) The exterior pool safety buzzer button does not work, so every time the patio door opens, the buzzer goes off until deactivated inside.
2) A minimal amount of household items were available - a roll or two of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towels, 1-2 dishwasher pods, and most frustrating, only 2 garbage bags for the kitchen. I understand it's a rental, but buying a full roll of garbage bags isn't practical for the renter either.
3) The front load washer needs a good cleaning - regular vinegar runs to keep the smell out. The dryer is also very slow to dry towels...
4) Last, the kitchen and bathroom faucets need a good bleach soak to remove the black slime from the faucet heads. Likely not harmful, but just a little icky.
Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others looking to stay off-property.
Everything was as described quiet neighborhood well decorated plenty of room for everyone. We had our company get away with the family and employees. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for everything.
