The Space:
Set high among the tree tops you'll appreciate the spacious north facing deck as being the most perfect place for those summer barbeques with family and friends after a day at the beach, and for your convenience there is also an outdoor hot & cold shower. As you enter the front door into the combined living/dining/kitchen area you will see that this is the hub of the house and a place for the family to gather. The kitchen is well appointed and has a lovely big dining table for the family to gather around. If ever there was a bonus to be had at a property, a coffee machine is definitely it, allowing you to avoid the early morning coffee runs and sleep in just that little bit longer. The house has three generous sized bedrooms and there is a renovated bathroom with a separate bath. For your added convenience there is also an internal laundry with washer. All creature comforts are taken care of whether it's warm or cold.....imagine cold nights by the slow combustion wood fire in the winter with your cup of hot chocolate, and air conditioning for the balmy summer Surf coast evenings. With ample space around the property, there is so much for you to do here including the backyard summer cricket tournament or you can hit the waves and try your luck surfing with one of the several surfboards the owners have provided available for guests to use. With plenty of off street parking, you can bring the boat, the bikes, everything.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email that gives you the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
