Its 5 mins walk to the Marina Walk, where you can find lots of restaurants, shops, & must visit attractions. The supermarket is open 24/7 and is 100 meters on foot.

Why they chose this property
I enjoy living near the water. It is close to the tram station, which connects to the metro and there is a 24/7 supermarket just 50 meters by walk downstairs.
What makes this property unique
The building is one of the highest buildings in Dubai Marina. It is close to Sky Dive Dubai, to bars and restaurants, to the yacht clubs.
