Luxury Lake Huron Lakefront Home w/ Indoor Pool, Spa & Game Room - Sleeps 20!

What a great place to spend time with family, friends or just a romantic getaway for couples. Our home is just under 10 miles north of Lexington and only 2 miles from the village of Port Sanilac. This luxurious lake house sits directly on the Lake Huron shoreline and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation: breathtaking views, the sounds of the waves rushing in, a large game room for the kids (or adults), spacious living areas, a private heated indoor pool & spa, kayaks & paddle boards to enjoy the water & lake toys to enjoy the beach! Our house can accommodate up to 20 people (this includes the detached guest house a few steps away from the main house). There are 2 large decks facing the lake, 1 on the main floor off the kitchen and 1 off the master bedroom and a large brick patio with patio furniture on the lower level off the family room and pool room. This 5,000 square foot lakefront home is decorated with warm colors and tastefully selected furnishings. The house is completely furnished with stylish furniture and quality bedding and bath linens. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Every detail has been taken care of! In the main house there are five bedrooms, two of which are master suites on the main floor with private bathrooms, and there are three upstairs. There are 4 1/2 bathrooms in the main house. There is also a private library with a sleeper sofa & gas fireplace that can be used as a bedroom if needed. Main Floor: King Master suite, Queen Master suite, Library w/ queen sleeper sofa. Second Floor: Blue room with one queen bed, Floral room with one queen bed, Dormitory with two queen beds & two single beds. On the lower level of the house, there is a family room with fireplace, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Attached to the family room is an amazing pool room with a heated indoor pool and attached hot tub. This room also has a full bathroom and a mini bar with sink. Included on the property is a private guest house with its own awesome view of the lake. It has a sitting area, kitchenette, a king bed, fireplace, full bath and a sleeping loft with one full bed & one single. There is also an amazing 1,000 sq. ft. game room on the property with a sitting area with tv, pool table, foosball, ping pong, & shuffleboard. Enjoy the large yard adjacent to the water with a beach fire pit - a great place to warm up on cooler nights or just sit back and relax, listening to the waves. The boat house (located by the lake) holds beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and yard games. Take a walk along the beach and enjoy the quiet serenity of the Lake Huron side of the beautiful state of Michigan!

Beautiful beach house

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a girls weekend with 15 friends and this place was incredibly spacious to accommodate us all. The pool was amazing and the game room was so fun! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great family getaway on the lake

Our family of five wanted a somewhat "close to home" getaway for spring break this year, and this rental did the trick! Lake Huron is always cold, but especially this time of year, so being able to swim in the indoor, heated pool while still enjoying lake views out the windows was really nice. The game room was another bonus, as we particularly enjoyed playing shuffleboard. The hosts communicated clearly and helped us immediately when we had questions.One heads-up that has nothing to do with the property or hosts -- in fact, they mention this in the listing, but I wanted to highlight it... the closest market does not have a lot of food options, and both Port Sanilac and Lexington are very quiet outside of the Memorial Day to Labor Day summer season. Not a problem! this property is a great place to hunker down for some quiet time with your family and/or friends, just note that if you plan to do that, you may want to stock up on food and drinks in Port Huron.

Great family weekend

Our family of six adults and five grandsons, ages 6-13 had a wonderful time together for three nights at this property. We enjoyed sliding down the big hill to the lake. The indoor pool and game room were awesome. The house was well stocked and provided great sleeping accommodations and comfortable beds.Thanks for proving a great place to enjoy on a snowy winter weekend.

70 th bday celebration

We couldn't have been happier! We had a family reunion/70th bday celebration. The kids loved the pool. The adults loved the game room. Plenty of places to retreat if needed. Highly recommend this property and have to friends to intend to book.

AMAZING!!!

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband with his family which means everything to him. One of his favor things to do is swim with his grand babies. That he did. We swam played games and ate all weekend. Made some wonderful memories which is what life is all about. The hosts wer so nice and accommodating. Beautiful house. Perfect for what we did.

Great house on Lake Huron

This house was perfect for our group of 15 - ages 1 1/2 - 72! We had everything we needed from comfortable bedrooms to a wonderful game room! The indoor pool was a great bonus, especially on our one and only rainy day. The kitchen is large and well-stocked - exactly what we needed for eating most of our meals at home. The guest house was great for our large group - another bonus of the property! Having the lake in our backyard was wonderful, and the boat house stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, life vests and water shoes was great. I highly recommend this lake house - we would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful vacation home. All ages (11-77) enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, game room, and indoor pool. Plenty of room for together times as well as quiet times alone. There were plenty of towels for all, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans - there were even many pairs of water shoes to borrow for those who forgot theirs!!

Great place with plenty to do!

Between the house, beach, kayaks, paddle boards, indoor pool, and game room, there’s so much to do. Home was clean. Owners were super responsive and it had everything we needed. Overall, had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a large group

The stay was perfect! The only thing I can suggest is a small step for the front door. It was a bit high for my elderly parents. And we did have someone trip on it when carrying in an armload. Otherwise the pool and game rooms were perfect and well appreciated as the weather was not as wonderful as we were hoping for.

Family Winter Get a Way

We had a great long weekend with our 5 kids, their spouses, 3 toddlers and 3 babies. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed the pool, game room and even took kayaks out on a warmish February day! Lol Hosts were great and answered questions via text very promptly. House is well stocked and clean. Internet was not strong even with the good system in place…although I did not check with hosts about it as we were trying to stay off devices!! Lol I would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The amount of space we had was amazing. There was so much room for everyone to do what they wanted (nap, play music with out waking up the nappers 🙂) The house was totally stocked with everything you could want or need. The lake views from every where were my favorite part. We watched a pair of eagles every morning looking for their breakfast. Port Sanilac itself is adorable and there are two stores with in a few minute drive if you do need anything. We hope to visit again!

Amazing space for a group

Our group of 17 educators enjoyed the space and the many offerings of both the house and the community. The water provided freighter sightings, rock hunting and beautiful views and sounds. We gathered, laughed and played games in the game room. We went into town to shop and then enjoyed a festive night in Lexington with the tree lighting. We had plenty of sleeping options and truly enjoying making new memories together. Thanks for a opening up your lovely home to us.

After thanksgiving get Together

This property is unbelievable. We had all family from 2 to 80 years old. Beds were so comfortable. House was cozy. Game room was a huge hit. You really couldn’t ask for more amenities. The house was super clean. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked. I called and the owners sent maintenance person out. Unfortunately it did not remedy the problem. The little area that was the hot tub was definitely 85 degrees, but the swimming area was between 78 and 80. Heat shuts off in pool at 7 p.m. so swim early. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Such a beautiful property. Clean and spacious, so many things to do. The pool and game room were awesome. Check in was no problem and check out was easy. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. We never saw a neighbor or anyone while we were there. A truly terrific destination!

Room for everyone

This is a very unique property! I brought my 3 adult children and their families and we appreciated the space to spread out as well as come together and hang out, play games or swim. The game room was so fun, kids enjoyed it almost as much as the adults! Each night we could put the kids to bed and then play games and talk without worrying about waking anyone up. Although the weather didn’t allow us to really enjoy the water, we had a great time finding shells and skipping stones. We had a beautiful night that we were able to make a bonfire and had plenty of chair for everyone. Pool was fun, although it’s quite a bit cooler than the 84° mentioned, but the kids didn’t notice! Kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. Only suggestion is to have the housekeepers pay more attention to dust and dirt in corners, under tables and chairs. Otherwise, we had a terrific time. Thank you!

Wonderful!

Ellen was very easy to work with, quick with responding to questions. The beach area is rocky (and slippery) - we took advantage of the water shoes that were provided (as well as the paddle boards, inner tubes, etc.) - and the pool. The stairs are a bit steep - but a baby gate was up and there are good hand rails. (We also used the two pack-n-plays that were provided.) Plenty of room for all of us. The game room was a big hit - pool, ping pong, shuffle board. Several of us rode the bikes into town (on the "busy" street for just a short stretch). The deck, patios, and the fire-pit down by the lake were also great gathering spots. There is a grocery store nearby and several restaurants - but with this wonderful house, we mostly stayed put!

Great women’s retreat!

Spent the weekend in this home for a women’s retreat with a group of 19 women. The location is absolutely beautiful! The home was great for our group. Great kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals on site. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. What a bonus!
