South House Top Plantation 2 bed
This is the ideal getaway for 3 couples; each of the large King rooms has an en suite and a walk out to a balcony. The apartment has a Caribbean Plantation feel and is set in a serene upscale country neighborhood surrounded by lush foliage.
The space
This apartment sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Each of the 3 master bedrooms has a king bed (or converted to 2 single beds) ideal for 3 couples or a couple with kids. This South House apartment is on the second (top) floor of the building, with lovely balconies looking both east and west, and cooling breezes wafting through the open concept kitchen and dining areas. The apartment is self-catering and set up more like a home than a rental.
The fully equipped kitchen has: Fridge/Freezer, Stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender. There is a 8 seat antique mahogany dining table indoors as well as an outdoor dining setting available on the shared pool deck nearby. The living room is equipped with TV (cable) + DVD player; Wireless Internet. There is a stacking laundry pair tucked away in the hall closet; All linens, bath and beach towels, sheets; All crockery and tableware is provided.
Guest access
Guests at Sion Hill have private access to their apartment and can come and go as they please.
Parking is onsite, adjacent to the apartment and free, with a space for visitor’s cars as well.
Guests are permitted to have visitors at any time providing they do not exceed the number of allowed guests sleeping in an apartment for an extended period. (please advise us of all overnight visitors).
The 2 outdoor pools are shared with all guests, and are open 24/7. No lifeguards; children must be supervised.
There are shared orchards, gardens and walking trails throughout the property which all guests are invited to use at any time. There is not much except the interior of our own onsite house which is off limits, unless we invite you over of course!
Other things to note
We have a few friendly animals on the property who generally keep to themselves. 1 small dog kept within the grounds of our own home. 3 outdoor cats who come and go as they please and 2 tortoises who roam the garden by the smaller pool. If you would prefer not to come into contact with our pets please let us know and we will do our very best but cannot make any promises.
Because we live in the country (and in the tropics) a variety of local fauna can be expected, we have small geckos, tree frogs and toads which you can expect to see during your stay. Green monkeys travel across the big lawn in the cool afternoons and a variety of birds live onsite. Everyone is generally very friendly.
