The owners chose this home for its majestic ocean views from all common areas & the primary suite. It is centrally located to Las Olas, South Beach, Miami, Boca and Palm Beach. With over 6,100 sq ft under air, a beautiful oceanfront private fenced area for sunning & secluded, heated saltwater pool, it is a perfect choice.
This home is licensed for 12 adults & 4 children (16 guests). Even though it's large, we have had as few as 2 people enjoy this home as a romantic getaway --
When planning this home, I did my best to think about what people would enjoy at all age levels. Plenty to do & every amenity. From board games to puzzles & even a ping pong table. Soon we will add paddle boards & kayaks. Books (in case you forget to pack) & toys & books for smaller kids.
There is plenty of dining space with two dining tables (one for 8 & one for 6) and bar seating for 6. Outdoor dining for 16.
Whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of the beach, the pool where we have both lounge chairs a bistro dining table; we also have plenty of lounge chairs & sand beach chairs -- so whatever you decide -- you have both the beach & pool at your disposal.
Or, you can take in ALL that South Florida has to offer (you will see it towards the end of this description, along with some of the additional services we can assist you in booking), there is something for everyone.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
Note that ALL Bedrooms are en-suite, have smart TVs with built out closets (so no need for dressers). Luxury linens on all of the beds with a variety of firm and soft pillows -- both down and down alternative -- & all upstairs guest suites have patios (balconies) overlooking the Southern exposure pool (in true Tuscan fashion). All of the upstairs guest suites have partial ocean views except for 1 & the primary suite is direct ocean view. The balconies have chairs & a table for your enjoyment.
The One Downstairs Guest Suite #1 King has no View -- but directly out the bedroom door you can access the pool (a nice perk)

IN COMPLETE TRANSPARANCY -- our Neighbors to the North started construction on their home (May 2021). Construction is expected to continue for 3 years. Our pricing reflects the situation. Please note that it is standard construction noise & have given notice. Having said this-- the builder is the best waterfront builder in SE Florida & is very considerate of neighbors during the building process. Having worked w/them in the past, I have not run into challenges. However, we have no control over the progress of the construction or your sensitivity to the situation.
IF You Had International Travel Plans OR Are Tired of Cold ...This is the PERFECT Escape.
For a few weeks during the year we do offer the option of a min 4 night Stay (pls note price is not pro-rated from the weekly price -- you do pay a premium).
All Holiday (Easter, Passover, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Boat Show, etc) weeks are min 7 night stays as is January through April.
If you are looking at booking Holiday weeks including Hannukah, Christmas or New Year's week 2023 -2024 there are VERY specific dates for each Holiday (note all holiday periods are a min of 7 nites even though dates may be longer --pricing is for 7 nites -- so you have to do the math to get the base rental price.
Hanukkah 2023 12/6 - 12/15 (per 7 nights) $45,500
Christmas 12/16 - 12/26 (per 7 nights) $57,500
New Year's 12/27 - 1/6 (per 7 nights) $62,500
All rent is based on 10 guests, (there is an additional rental and cleaning fee for additional guests) plus 13% occupancy tax, and an exit cleaning fee). Please note that VRBO now charges travelers a booking fee of approximately 13%. And, because the only way to book through VRBO is by debit or credit card (which the owner is charged a fee for), there is a credit card convenience fee which is passed on to the traveler. Please read the House Rules. Should your stay be longer than 10 nites, there will be a mid-stay cleaning fee (we have found this allows our team to ascertain if there are any items which need attention -- which avoids your refundable damages/security deposit being charged).
The refundable damages deposit is $3,500
We do allow dogs (a max of 2) and the charge is $500 per dog even if they do not shed.
Please note there are NO CANCELLATIONS -- yes even if there is another Pandemic. No Cancellations & NO REFUNDS is our regular policy. Should someone become ill, we are happy to reschedule your time when it is mutually convenient -- EXCEPT if it is a HOLIDAY WEEK -- ANY HOLIDAY WEEK -- because we cannot rebook those weeks easily.
We have loosened our policy should someone in your party become sick (which would require a doctor's note), & we would reschedule travel dates at a mutually agreeable time EXCEPT Holiday weeks previously mentioned.
