This Platinum, contemporary, designer-inspired residence offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, dining area and full kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Additional features include two twin beds in the guest bedroom, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy picturesque mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use. Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.

The condo was great! Perfect for our family. Our boys loved the game room and indoor pool. Easy parking. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay great. Great location. Would definitely recommend!
