Great family experience
Brought my parents and two young children to Albuquerque to see the balloon fest. The property was great and my children really enjoyed playing on the playground. We even went across the street to feed the horse and goat (I hope the owners don’t mind!)

Wow... What a great place!!!!!
We have been staying in rental properties for many years and this was one of the best experiences. Jeff's place has resort like facilities, we and family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, game room and the garden area. Game room is full of game, our kids (and we too :-)) spend almost two full days playing games there. Jeff and family has taken care of small details at this property and we are thankful to them for sharing their place with us. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again if we plan to visit Albuquerque.

Wonderful getaway
My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids) spent a week here and it was fantastic! We were looking for a place to get away and just spent some quality time together. The list of amenities is quite extensive and gave us plenty to do during our stay (Hot tub, cold tub, grilling, outdoor dining area with a view of the mountains, game room, playground, gardens with fresh veggies, On-site esthetician’ services, close hiking trails). The hosts were very hospitable and they were prompt in their communication. If you want a unique getaway where you can unwind and recharge, then this little gem is the place for you.

Quiet and super clean with room to roam and awesome owners
Jeff exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for a full week visiting our daughter and friends in the same neighborhood we made home for years. Quiet is an understatement - we sat on the front patio for morning java and evening beers and were able to hear and see nobody. You have privacy, don't think you don't because owners are resident on the same property. At the same time, Jeff was a text message away for immediate response to anything we needed. This was our first time in an RV, it is small, but well thought out and everything was provided. We had a very new and clean infrared grill to use almost every night. I would like to rave about this game room - my gosh, it totally made up for any lack of space in the RV. We had loads of fun, got in some awesome workouts and played almost every game in there for fun. It has air and worked great to keep things cool in the July heat. Jeff also provided two fans and a mister on the front patio. Our dog loved free roam of the grounds and playing with Maisy (the owners dog) and Jeff was kind enough to look in on him when we had to leave him - how awesome is that? My wife watered Jeff's garden right off our patio (that you may partake in) - that is something that brought back awesome memories for her. Believe me, this is more than you expect and a very good value - just think about what you get with a Holiday Inn, not even. Jeff and Delores - thanks for the stay. -Shawn and Mel

We will only stay here when in ABQ
I’m usually not one for long reviews, but this place was amazing. The RV was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. But that doesn’t tell you everything about the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, cold tub, desert garden, the dog run for our pets, and most of all the game room! I think we played everything in there we had time for and still couldn’t do it all. We also got hooked on karaoke! We had to cancel a trip to Costa Rica celebrating our 20th anniversary and our daughter’s 16th birthday, but I must say this was a lovely substitute. We will only stay here the next time we are in Albuquerque. Such a pleasure and the host is available to help you with anything you need but also you feel like you are just on the whole property alone. Relaxing and fun! Thank you for everything! My daughter said it was the best birthday ever

Our Safe Place
We moved from DC to NM in the middle of the pandemic (planned for months ago). We were exhausted, emotionally, physically, and mentally by the time we arrived. Our host Jeff, was so welcoming and kind upon our arrival. The compound and all that it contains, protected and soothed us back to normality. The luxury RV is well appointed with everything you could ever need or want. Jeff was very accommodating and helped us with every need we requested, from telling us parts of Albuquerque to watch out for, to getting us buckets, and car washing supplies to wash away the 1600 miles of bugs on our car. The dips in the wonderful hot tub sometimes became twice a day. I loved taking pictures in the garden and of spring time as it arrived before our eyes. The view of the great Sandia Mountain to our back was beautiful the morning it snowed! The compound and Its wonderful caretaker Jeff will take care of you and all your needs. We will always be grateful to Jeff and this sweet haven will always hold a special place to us as we quarantined in style with every need met. Thank you for everything! Dee Dee, Lisa, and Babby

Excellent location and relaxing property
Everything was very clean and they thought of everything that you will need. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The RV was just the right size for us and it was equipped with just about everything you could possibly need on your stay. We enjoyed the game room and had fun using the ping pong table, pool table, and Foosball table. My daughter sang a little karaoke. There are plenty of great hikes close and the area is beautiful. We would stay here again if we come back to Albuquerque.

For honeymoons families most of all for hounds! If you’re tired of waking up in a stuffy hotel room only to hear other peoples children running and screaming down the halls for breakfast, if you’re tired of your dog and your children not being able to play anywhere except on Astroturf, and if you long for the land of enchantment .......then this is the place to be. !!!! Nestle the short way from town but close to all local amenities at the foot of the Sandia Mountains with a 360° view the top of the building there is a large mobile trailer nestled next to an organic garden with a beautiful portable hot tub 102° There is a barbecue and A fire pit to keep you warm , a mini bar just steps in your trailer , and a Large gated dog run made of of galvanized steel fencing with gated entry It’s all in the same areain the same area so kids n pups can all play together & You can keep an eye on them without worrying U will have all the peace of mind if u need to leave your pets if you want to go out to dinner knowing they will be safe and warm in one of their two dog houses with beds And bowls However there’s no reason to leave ! They have a gaming room filled with top of the line fitness equipment ,vintage games air hockey ,foosball , slot machines and SAUNA for 2!!!! The grounds give you the feel of being in the outdoors but all the amenities and more of a hotel. I have never vacations in a trailer before I would trade this over a hotel room any day with the top line amenities such as soda stream Keurig coffee maker top-of-the-line granite countertops full-size refrigerator freezer, gasoven/toaster oven ,microwave and a beautiful faux fireplace , heating and central air 💖very spacious bathroom and shower The bedroom is a lovely queen-size Tempur-pedic there is a lot of closet space For your clothes as well as a washer and air dryer for your convenience . If you choose to hike in the local mountains well they’re right there for you , you wake up to them every morning with a glorious sunrise and a glorious sunset. Consistently peaceful and quiet The grounds are decorated with quaint wooden swings throughout ,and hidden alcoves of privacy and romance await you! If you’re lucky you’ll see an adorable chocolate lab the welcoming mascot named “Maisie “ and she along with your hosts will make you feel right at home and give you all the privacy you need to romance the spirit and warm the soul 💖

Amazing oasis! Way superior to a hotel!
We traveled to ABQ for work interviews and brought our 7 year old along for some fun outings. Jeff and Dolores are the ultimate hosts. Leading up to the stay Jeff emailed to make sure I didn’t have questions. He made check in easy and flexible, then texted to make sure we had everything we needed after our first night. He gave me a great tour of everything the property had to offer - more on that later - and then let us get settled in. He was very available yet never intrusive and we definitely had our privacy. What I didn’t realize from the description was that Dolores has a day spa with facials etc in a separate studio that guests at the RV could schedule at (though this was so low key I never even realized this was on site - no traffic ever seen from this). A bonus to have this option in my opinion! The property is just stunning. The RV itself felt much more than an RV. Living area was large and comfortable and our son slept on the pull out. Jeff offered a futon as well if we preferred that. The bedroom mattress was comfortable with a foam topper. The shower was full size and no ducking needed! The patio was great for having breakfast, it was nicely shaded so pleasant even in August! We also took full advantage of the hot tub and the patio seating. The garden was in full bloom and we picked chives for our scrambled eggs and wished we could have dined in more to use more of the garden. Our son loved the game room which was stocked beyond belief. Beyond the gym, sauna, pool, ice hockey that you can see on the photos, there was also foosball, skee ball, old school arcade games, pop a shot, karaoke system, shuffleboard and more. It was unbelievable. Also there is a play structure and shaded sand box for smaller kids. The crows nest had great views. The entire property was beautifully landscaped complete with fruit trees you could pick from, and a butterfly bush with tons of butterflies flying around! Location was convenient as well. Can say enough great things and we hope to stay here again!

Peaceful oasis
This place is great! The space is beautiful. Wonderful spot in the garden to relax, read a book & have a coffee (or wine which is waiting for you when you check in). Jeff built a crow's nest atop his home that can be accessed for a spectacular view of the New Mexico sunset. Both Jeff and his wife really have thought of everything. Communication was great, check in was easy.

This Rental Has Truly Everything
Yes, indeed, this rental has truly everything. Here's a partial list and I'll surely forget something important: hot tubs, hammocks, fireplaces (real and gas), a game room (more on that later), gardens, a viewing deck, dark skies in a country setting and yet less than a half hour from downtown. Okay, you get the idea. Inside you have all the amenities: coffee, a complimentary bottle of wine, a foot massager, a back massager, all kinds of TV channels, Alexa (not Alexa, but works the same), an IPAD (I'm not sure what that was for, but it was there), and more---who can remember everything? Now about that Game Room. It has Karaoke, darts, bicycles, workout equipment, arcade games, pool table, ping pong. If it rained for a week, you'd not get bored because of what's in the Game Room. Of course, this is New Mexico and it never rains for a week. If you can tear yourself away from the Game Room, this is a perfect location to visit Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Bandolier, Chaco, and Acoma. Jeff is the perfect host. I know I forgot something important but I tried my best to capture the essence of this amazing rental. I do want to point out that the living quarters consist of a trailer with only one bathroom. No problem for a couple. Should be no problem for a family with one child---or two small children who could sleep together. The trailer was totally comfortable but if you're visiting New Mexico, you're visiting for the beauty that's outdoors and there's plenty of that. This is a great rental and Jeff will work hard to accommodate your every need.

It really is like staying at a 5 star luxury resort!
From the moment we arrived every need was anticipated and taken care of. We never had to run to the store because we forgot something. We had total privacy and access to all the amenities whenever we wanted them. Everything the owners say about this property is true and it really is like staying at a 5 star luxury resort! The most discriminating travelers will be pleased.

Why they chose this property

This location offer a respite from the congestion found in other parts of the city. The large one acre lots and unobstructed views provide a peaceful rural setting that is difficult to find so close to town. You won't hear the constant buzz of passing cars in this area, just a bit of nature and plenty of peace and quiet. There is also very little light pollution in this part of the city so after the sun goes down you can enjoy a great view of the stars and city lights. This is also a great location to watch hot air balloons take flight in the early morning hours, or if you are looking for that perfect spot to take your morning run or bike ride and avoid the congestion found in other parts of the city.
