About this property

Located in the heart of Waikiki along the Ala Wai Canal, with beautiful views of the mountains, water and golf course. This two bedroom condo will provide the perfect base of operations for your vacation. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, Honolulu Zoo, restaurants and luxury shopping.

The condo has been totally renovated with luxury and comfort in mind. All new appliances in the kitchen, with convection stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. Beautiful granite counter with four stools, opens to the living room with a flat screen Television for your entertainment.
WiFi connections and telephone included with free calls to local, mainland and Canada.
The sofa can be turned into a full-size bed for extra guests. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have queen size beds. The bedroom windows has black out curtains. New Breezeway windows were placed in the 2 bedrooms in May 2018 and has made the difference for a much peaceful sleep at night.

One bathroom has a shower, the master bedroom has a tub and shower. There is a medicine cabinet above the toilet tank in each of the bathrooms for your personal items.

On the rooftop you have access to the pool and BBQ grill with beautiful 360* ocean, mountain, and city views.

The Fairway Villa has 24 hr security with a large lobby and free assigned parking for one vehicle.

The lanai which overlooks the canal and mountains has a small table with two chairs and a lounger. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine and dream about our paradise island.

Great apartment with everything you need!

Our family of five stayed at the apartment for 10 nights and had a great time! The apartment has everything you need including things like beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Great location which is close to Waikiki heart, walking distance to restaurants in the area, various supermarkets and the night market. Great to have a car spot if you are hiring a car and a nice view from the balcony. Looks like the roof top amenities have recently been upgraded (photos don’t do it justice). Great convenient accommodation

Jane's condo has everything for an enjoyable stay in Waikiki. The beach is within easy walking distance, Food Pantry is on the corner for all your grocery needs and a bus stop is close by. The condo is well maintained, clean, with a great kitchen and an added bonus of a washer and drier. Wifi and the TV worked well and communication with Jane was easy. Even all your beach gear is provided. To top it all off the condo is great value for money. I thoroughly recommend this condo.

Jane was a great host who provided clear instructions and checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. The description was spot on. Good landing spot for island tours

This was a great property if you are looking for a convenient location to land for travel days. The property is clean and has everything you need. Convenient location to a target and restaurant choices. The balcony is a bit small, but is a good alternative to hotels and resorts in the area.

Excellent Stay by Waikiki Beach

The location could not be better. Stores were extremely close by so you can get groceries (Waikiki Market on the next corner) and toiletries (Target down the block) and the food choices were enormous! We were able to meet family members that were staying in nearby hotels who could not relax like we did. My girls loved the balcony, staying there for their alone time and the living room was just big enough for all of us. The free parking also helped us, freeing us from costly tours and allowing us to have some freedom of movement but there were some drawbacks since one neighbor purposely parked in a location that made it difficult to move around in and out of the garage. Overall, a great trip and we would stay again if we could.up with other fahotels.

Small but nice

We enjoyed our short stint here, the bathroom is pretty tiny and the AC's could use upgrading but overall we had no complaints about our stay here. No issues with checking in or out. Clean and pleasant.

Great Vacation

Parking is scary with big vehicle, but it was so nice to have. Everything is close enough without one. The property was nice. We had two couples and it was comfortable. Washer/Dryer and everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, toys we didn't need and a cooler. The view from the pool upstairs is awesome. The canal is also great. All and all this is a great, convenient place to stay. I love having a balcony to sit at night and enjoy the beauty. Thank you for the use of this property.

PERFECT! 10/10

Location, location location! Access was seamless. Keys, parking and all instruction were perfect. This apt is central to Waikiki Beach and the International Market, hotel resorts, tons of cafes, acai, and awesome restaurants. Also across from the canal which was great for an early morning walk/run. The apartment was furnished well with all of the essentials and MORE. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, hot water, and well stocked with towels and extra sheets and blankets if necessary. Even had an inflatable bed. I highly recommend this location.

Great location

This place was in a great location, just a block from International Market with lots of restaurants. 7 minute walk to the beach and close to the main highway to explore the island. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and the beach and it was clean.

Our Oahu Vacation

The condo is in a great location, just a block from the International Market Place and other restaurants and shops. It is a corner unit on the 15th floor with nice views. A parking space is included, which was a big plus for us. Unlike other condos that we have stayed at, it does not include any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen, but it was just a minor nuisance. We would stay here again.
