We are sad to inform you all that have made the sad decision to see our Beach Dreams. :( Chip & I are so very thankful to each and everyone of you that chose to spend your vacation with us. We have made so many friends along the way. It is bittersweet indeed.

Currently the complex where Beach Dreams is located is under construction/repairs. PLEASE know you may NOT access the ocean front balcony at any point during your stay. If you go out onto the balcony you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds given. You may NOT access the ocean side balcony at any point during your stay. The railing repairs will be complete in 2024.

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a vacation to remember!

Spectacular ocean front views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The pool is visible from the balconies and living room. Our complex is a small one with only five floors. There is an elevator but the stairs are close to our door. Beach Dreams is on the second floor.

Wi-fi and cable are provided as well as small selection of games, puzzles and books. We provide your beach chairs! (and bocce ball) So just bring your swimsuit. Stunning sunsets, dolphin watching and sandy beaches to make memories that will last a lifetime and will keep you coming back year after year!

Our master bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds and a tv that supports a USB port. Each bedroom has it's own full size bathroom.

Beach getaway

We had a great time at beach dreams. The condo had everything that you could ask for and more. We were all very comfortable and the place was very relaxing.The location was perfect and we loved being able to just walk out to the pool or beach. The pool was never crowded and the beach was also not crowded. This was our first time visiting Atlantic Beach and we will return! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful getaway

We definitely enjoyed our stay, loving the oceanfront view and super easy beach access. Beach was not super crowded in front of Smuggler's Cove as it was further up and down beach. Great location! Beautifully decorated!

Wonderful place, amazing view & peaceful stay!

Every year we look for a place for vacations, we had a reservation somewhere else, for some reason they canceled and We find this outstanding place, very good price and it was perfect for my family. BEACH DREAMS! Is exceptional, it was beyond my expectations, super clean, the decoration is beautiful and the view breath taking. Steps from the beach, pool very nice and clean, my kids expend a lot of time in the pool, they had a blast! Very peaceful energy and very quiet place, I did not hear any loud noises, just the waves at night. New washer and dryer, full equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker (true highlight 😉) We are a family of 5 (3 kids; 16yo, 8yo & 3yo) so I had to cook and I love the kitchen super clean, we really felt we were at home, Gina & Chip were super nice, always responding immediately, asking if we needed anything. We really love this home. I recommend it 100% you will have a wonderful time here. Thanks Gina and Chip!

Beach Dreams

Beach Dreams is a beautiful place to stay. The view was perfect and the beach is only a few steps away. The area was private with not a lot of tourists. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The neighbors were all polite. The condo itself was very cozy/comfortable and clean. We loved that we could come in and feel right at home. The living area and main room open up to the balconies (dispute the balcony being closed the view was still beautiful). The owners were always available for any questions. We had no complaints and would love to stay again.

Great and relaxing visit

Spectacular time visiting AB, and Beach Dream was the perfect headquarters. Convenient to Morehead City, Beaufort, and other attractions and located right on the beach! The development does have a pool but we hardly used it since the beach here was so nice. The apartment is very clean, well appointed, and all modern conveniences like washer/dryer, high speed internet, and big hd tv. Gina was a great host and communication with her was very easy. Hope to return again.

Second time at Beach Dreams

This was our second time at Beach Dreams and it won’t be our last. This is the perfect condo!! It has everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the beach and a wonderful pool. Beach Dreams in paradise

Another year at Beach Dreams with paradise at our fingertips! Very beach decor with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Beautiful views from the balcony and a quick walk to the pool and beach. This is a perfect place to escape and relax! We look forward to a trip next year!

Best Little Condo in NC

I have been doing annual vacations up and down the NC coast for over 10 years. I've stayed in houses & condos. This was the cleanest and best decorated rental I've ever had. The decor was perfect and not overdone, there was enough room for everyone to relax and not get in each other's space. View was great and there was more than enough supplies graciously given by the owner. This was my first time going through a VRBO. Every year we've gone through a management company and they don't always appreciate the little details that can make a huge difference. Thank you Gina and Chip for showing the love in your Beach Dreams.

A perfect location

Thank you for letting us stay in your slice of paradise. We really enjoyed staying at your condo. The location was perfect; close to the grocery store, the aquarium, and other eateries. On other islands we've stayed at we always had to drive off of the island to get to a decent market. We loved that everything was close by. It was also great being on the 2nd floor. We had a nice view of the ocean, but not many stairs to climb down to the parking lot or to the pool and beach. We swam in the pool daily and were almost the only ones in it most of the time. During the week we visited, the condo property wasn't full at all and neither was the beach. It was so relaxing. We also got to see the dolphins on a couple occasions. We hope to visit again!

Awesome Condo!

We had a great week at Beach Dreams! The condo is nicely furnished, extremely clean, very comfortable, has everything we needed in every room (well stocked kitchen!), and the view of the beach from the large living/dining/kitchen area and the main bedroom is wonderful. The beach chairs and beach toys in the storage area were a bonus. And we loved the very short walk past the pool to the beach. The location was great for the grocery store, several restaurants, the aquarium, Morehead City, and Beaufort. Gina was extremely helpful and quick to reply to the few questions we had before our trip. And everything was perfect in the condo so we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. We highly recommend Beach Dreams!

Fun Fall Trip to Atlantic Beach

We had a great time during our stay in October 2021. The condo has a great view of the ocean. It's easy to access the property and the condo. The owners have done a great job of decorating and supplying the condo. The kitchen has every needed dish, plate, utensil, or tool you could want or need. If you don't see what you need, just look in the next cabinet. The condo was very clean as were the sheets, towels, and everything else. We had a great trip and enjoyed all of our time at the condo.

Sea, sand, and comfort.

This is a great property. We were very comfortable and the condo is well equipped with everything you might need. The owner is very helpful and accessible. We were well positioned for local restaurants and places to visit, but we especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. A wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Heaven on the Beach

My wife and I just completed a nine day stay at Beach Dreams and it met and exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit was nicely furnished with all of the appropriate neccessities and it was clean and in very good condition. The million dollar views of the ocean from the balcony were astonishing and the short walk to the beach was another great plus. If you go, be sure to make the short drive to Beaufort, a quaint fishing town with wonderful restaurants and alot of great stores. We look forward to coming back next year.

The location right on the beach was very nice. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. At this time of year, the traffic was light and very few people on the beach.

A slice of heaven

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Warm and beautiful decorating. The views were amazing!! The condo is located in a great part of Atlantic beach as well. I love Chip and Gina’s attention to detail everywhere we looked. The balcony off of the master bedroom was a great place to enjoy the sounds of the ocean all night long. Coffee off of the main balcony was my favorite part of the day. It truly felt comfortable, like home…just WAY BETTER than home. Chip and Gina were quick to respond to any questions that we had and we’re truly the perfect hosts. We’ll be back. One of the best vacations we ever had!

We purchased "Beach Dreams" in 2019 after falling in love immediately. Chip grew up in the mountains of Maryland and Gina grew up in the mountains of Virginia. We met while my (now husband) was a Drill Instructor at Parris Island. After serving in the USMC for 30 years he retired and we never left the coast. We both love the salt water and all it has to offer. We are at Beach Dreams when you are not!

Things I have to say but shouldn't have to:
Our furniture is not waterproof. Please don't sit on chairs/sofa/bed in wet swimsuits. Please shake your towels/swimsuits prior to washing/drying. The machines don't process sand so well.
Although this building looks like a hotel it is not. Every unit there is individually owned. We have year-round residents.
During your stay should any of your actions result in a fine from the condo association that fee will be passed along to you. Please behave.

Why they chose this property

The Carteret County area of coastal North Carolina is a step back in time. We are a slow, sleepy, proud community. There are not many chain restaurants (and we like it like that) malls or bright lights. But what we do have is amazing! All the salt water and activities it has to offer and endless. Blackbeard, fishing (The Big Rock tournament is a huge event), boating,The NC Seafood Festival, diving, swimming and simply shell hunting. The Cape Lookout lighthouse can be seen on a clear day from our balcony.
"Beach Dreams" is just that. A dream come true, right on the beach!
